Bought a Kia Sorento from this Dealer thru an auction site and they also hid the engine issues so now I’m out 4-5 thousand dollars !! These guys are the definition of crooks doing bad business. They give used car dealers a bad reputation ! Believe the reviews! I wish I would’ve read these reviews before I bought it.

BUYER “Be ware”!!! Please do not buy from this dealer. They are less than honest and intentionally will sell you bad vehicles. To level set, I am a dealer and we often buy from each other, sometime site unseen. I bought a vehicle from Innovation Auto LLC in which the owner “claims” had an engine issue… certainly singular in nature but he did not mention the vehicle had MAJOR engine issues… multiple issues. He INTENTIONALLY covered up that the check engine light was on. He failed to mentioned that the engine was knocking, the engine was smoking and has oil leaks. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!!

I purchased a car from this dealer from an auction site. We spoke to the seller 2 times to ensure that this vehicle was in perfect condition and was assured that it was. We shipped the car to our business and had it inspected. It needed a new drive shaft at a cost of $4700. This dealer offered $1000 to fix it. Be very careful of this dealer. Take his cars to your own technician for a thorough review of the vehicle as there is a good chance something serious could be wrong that you won't know about until it's too late.

Innovative Autos personnel were professional, timely, patient and made several suggestions that showed he cared about us; the customer; and not just his bottom line ..He suggested outside warranty companies, suggested and ensured the vehicle was tip top and even paid for vehicle small repair after closing deal. He allowed my wife and I to have a great experience with the vehicle prior to purchase.
