**Update////My 4ye grandgirl is crying perfusly because she also got hair hands and feet down and tes most of the polish has came off 1 hr later....also because that trashy lady did not pay any attention to her after putting polish on her...also my grandgirl had to fight off their son that was there with them that harraseed my grandgirl the entire time which also led to the polish off too.....she WILL NOT STOP CRYING BECQUSE OF THIS TRASHY EXPERIENCE...
This has to be the worst shop ever....For a gel set of nails they charged me $70 & when I called there after I left they say a full set $41... They have no common courtesy. The only reason I choose them is because they never have business....They over charge and do the bare minimum.... I got a short set of gel nails...they are cruket bad polish and you can truely see that they are not the best looking nails.... They are an ignorant robbing bad job doing couple...Don't know how them staying in business.... I WILL NEVER GO THERE EVER AGAIN.....DO NOT GOT THERE UNLESS U NEED RO JUST GIVE AWAU YOUR MONEY....THEY HAVE DONE THE WORST JOB AND WORST SERVICE....$70 for a short gel set....smdh.... Businesses as this never last never prosper.... I am a small business owner and I def treat my cstrs with care and respect ...
And I do not choose whom to rob...

J’Adore is usually not overly busy, my pics are at 11am on a Friday. But I have waited for an hour before, because there are only two nail techs. It’s clean, the techs are friendly. However, if you like highly adorned and decorated nails you may wish to reconsider, they don’t have the kits do provide those looks. They do not color or wax brows. There is a modest selection of nail colors, for gel and dip. Overall, because I just like basic nails, and it’s peaceful, I like to go here.

Was riding through Cartersville and just wanted a color change on my toes. The place was empty when I walked in (red flag) but how hard can polish change be right? Well that was the WORSE experience I’ve ever had. The man doing my toes kept messing up and getting the polish everywhere but my toe nails so when I spoke up and asked if he was gonna fix it. His answer was “that’s enough, your toes are hard to do because you’re not getting a pedicure”. I’m paying for the services regardless of what I’m getting done and if you couldn’t do my toes without a pedicure. Please say that before you start the service. Will never go back!

I have to say I finally found my nail home. Amy is so wonderful and great customer service. Everyone is nice. You know if the Owner can conversation and make you laugh it’s the perfect place.Services: Foot massages

The price was affordable. Came in with a nails that were smooth and straight left with lumpy and crooked nails. There are clear indentations of where the nail drill went in to deep and my request for a French tip that was pink instead of white was clearly ignored.

I have tried most of the nail places in Cartersville and they always hound and try to upsell you and don't listen to no or they put no effort into doing a good job. My experience here was the complete opposite renewing my faith in getting my nails done around here. They made sure I was satisfied along the way and spent a lot of time making sure to do a great job. Will absolutely go here from now on!Services: Pedicures

Came in an hour before closing. The guy who did my nails was SO fast (I did dip powder and one acrylic to fix a broken nail) but precise. Love the neutral color with lilac tones they helped me pick :) will be returning!
