If zero stars could be given I would give zero… not because the person that did my taxes wasn’t nice because Simone was it’s just the fact I was charge about 1000 just to submit my federal taxes they told me they couldn’t submit my state taxes until I paid an additional $70 I’m not even getting 100 back in state so why am I being charged a fee to submit my state and they just charged around 1000 for my federal it didn’t make sense so I talk to a supervisor and he reassured me I didn’t have to pay but still the local office refused to submit my state until I paid the $70 extra bucks I will never use them again

Owner complains people don’t show up for appointments. In my experience nobody was there for my scheduled appointment.

If there was a zero I’d put that! My taxes got totally screwed up and I knew it. I got told to come back a few days later so the best lady could check them and fix any mistakes. Mind you she had already taken my money and sent the taxes out! Now I just got a letter from another state saying it was done wrong! Omg the lady Sunday found a huge mistake but can not fix it until they have been accepted so now I have to go back this Sunday again to have it all done again! Pitiful absolutely ridiculous!! For gosh sakes give me my money back and let me go somewhere someone knows how to do taxes!

Was always approved for the refund advance loan every year but was denied this year....Will not being going here no more also if you wanna get charged 700$ to do your taxes at Jackson Hewitt just go somewhere else there not the same company they use to be...I'm taking my business else where
