I have been to this jiffy lube many times in the past. Apparently, the manager has changed since I was there last. As I was waiting in the waiting area I heard a young lady that worked there ask one of the guys who my car belonged to. The person who answered her said “the lady in the waiting area”. At that time she asked “the old lady drives this car?”. I was shocked and pissed off! How dare you! Y’all need to be careful what you say as the customers in the waiting area can hear you. Also, one of the older guys walked into the office smoking a cigarette. I don’t really care about that but some people may be allergic to it or asmatic. Not professional at all. This will come up on review as Tracey Hutcheson but I remarried and am now Tracey Fawbush.

Said they did things and clearly did not. No sticker in the window. 1 guy was standing with his phone in hand. Never saw all 4 of the guys that said they did all the things to my car. Windshield washer fluid was not filled. I checked cause I was driving 3k miles home. Wondering if they even changed my oil or just took my money...

Very good service and oil quality. they check and replace filters even the cabin filter that was dusty. I am satisfied with the service quality and the management always attentive and giving good recommendations.

Friendly knowledgeable staff quick service didn't realize the price of oil had went up so much but with the synthetic blend and synthetics everything is going to buy suppose otherwise a great experience

My first attempt at changing engine oil while living in the US!! It was scary at first, but it started with kind and accurate explanations. First of all, the processing speed was good...and they were friendly. I will continue to patronize this place during my stay. Thank you.

This store and shop are clean, friendly staff, etc. but $126. For a basic oil change??
I usually do my own oil changes but got lazy and ended up paying for it. Reality check.

Too expensive. I’ve never paid more than $100 for an oil change. This cost $145, for a small suv and no filters included.

I would like to give a shout out to the store in Cartersville ga. I think store 1653. Customer service was very kind and professional, the gentleman who greeted us was very informative and not pushy. He really did a great job for jiffy lube.
