Great customer service. Friendly atmosphere. The ring I wanted for my wife (30th anniversary) had been sold before I could get there, so they went out of their way to go to another store to get me the same ring. I've used Kay's for years and always will. Great store, Great Prices. Melanie and Brian are the best. Thank y'all.

I love this Kay Jewelers location... everyone so helpful and friendly..my fiance and I was helped by Bryan and Ashley picking out our bridal ring set...they made the experience much more special..Thanks Guys

Went in today to look at upgrading my diamond for our anniversary and Brian was so helpful and nice! He told us all of our options and about sales that were happening to help us out. He was never pushy and understood why we were there. Every time I go in to have my rings cleaned, he is so friendly.

My family and I have made 3 purchases from this store over the years, and had been satisfied. I must say this time I was so disappointed I will never shop here again. I bought my 18 yr old daughter a ring for her graduation. The gentleman that helped us measured my daughters finger we had no idea what her ring size was. He told us she wore an 11 and that we should get the ring sized a 10 3/4 so it would fit snug and not slip off as it was very expensive. We waited 2 weeks for the ring to get back to the store. I was emailed when it arrived and I picked it up on the 17th. I took it home my daughter tried it on and it was to big. I called the store the next morning and told the man. He said no problem bring it in and we will fix it. I took it in today with my daughter and a woman I think he name was Becky she was an older woman called us over. I told her what had happen she looked at me like I was speaking another language she first tried to tell me she couldn't find me in the computer. Then next she was going to charge me for sizing the ring again. She argued with me for 30 minutes about it being our fault the ring was to big still. How the HELL is that our fault. Then she made my daughter try the ring on again, and she kept trying to tell us that the weather made her finger shrink more and that's why it was to big. I finally got so upset I told her it was not our fault and I wasn't paying extra for their mistake, she made my daughter cry. I was so angry with the sales woman I could scream. I will never buy anything from them again.

They have had my rings for a month! Had to cancel engagement photos, because it was sent off to be sized, came back soldered to my band. (We get married in 2 months) Was told they would “rush” it to be “unsoldered” but clearly have been lied to, and now I don’t even have it for my bridal shower. Will update when my rings comes back!

The older lady in the store was definitely making me feel worthless for looking something tough and fair priced, kept showing me things I told her before we even started, that I could not afford. Way to make a young guy feel good eh? Won't be coming back, and absolutely will divert my people from here. No sense in making someone feel that way. Whether she meant to or not is unknown, but It does not matter

Customer service is terrific. I was able to pick out my piece of jewelry very quickly. It has been an overall great experience. I plan on going back from my next piece of jewelry.

Customer just even over the phone before entering the store was already cold and not very welcoming. Although they might have good deals. Their employees seem to lack the desire or experience of good customer service.Expected better from them.Miss the old staff.Supposed to feel excited and assured when coming to buy jewelery. But I only feel like I could he scammed or just sold with no care at all for what I need or are looking for.

Went to have my ring cleaned and a stone replaced. Upon arriving there were 2 employees who clearly couldn’t work together. One seemed like she knew everything in the world and the other seemed new. The entire time the new one needed help and the other girl would make smart remarks towards her. The whole process was SO unprofessional and discouraging since they had to send off my ring. I just left hoping they didn’t loose it. Had to pay in advance for the repairs because it was going to be sent off. They said it was going to be two weeks but never told me a date. Fast forward and I call them and they advise that the “promised date” was a couple days away and didn’t even check if they had the ring but said they would email and call me when it arrived. 3 days after the promised date I never got a call. So I called and they said it was there and it had been ready. I sent my husband to get it and he had no problem. About 2 hours after he got it they called and accused me of not paying but said the wrong services(I got a diamond replaced and she said you got it sized). She went on and on about how I didn’t pay even though they made me pay upfront 3 weeks prior. She was so rude and unprofessional to me and called me sweetheart or sweetie instead of my name, which is super disrespectful.I will NOT be using them again. Period.I should have gone with my gut and left in the first place.Point of story: bad customer service, decent price but you will probably have to pay 2 times and overall disrespectful encounters!

The manager is a joke, he only helps or says hi to you when you are buying his stuff and the women have bad attudies, I spent over 1300 in the last month and you would think they would treat you better, and the jewelry is bad here falls apart quick... Stay away
