If I could give a ZERO I would! The manager of Starbucks denies people of service when she don't like them. Her name is Judie and she has the WORST customer service ever! What kind of business allows someone to deny service due to them not liking them?!?! I mean she is discriminating against customers. Kroger is getting a bad reputation for discrimination from Judie.

Absolutely horrible!!!!I had to call to find out why my prescription wasn't being filled.I was told they are not taking new patients with that medication?!?I said I wasn't new with Kroger just moved and needed it filled at this location. They refused...I asked for them to transfer the prescription to a different kroger, they refused.I asked them to call my perscriber so they could call it in somewhere else, they refused.STAY AWAY FROM THUS PHARMACY, THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY OPINION.!!!!

The worst pharmacy in CartersvilleThey don’t care that their business is people.Rude!One person told me they didn’t care if my son had his inhaler, this pharmacy has zero care for others.Robots running it with zero humanity!

I had an amazing first experience with online pick up!!! I am a very busy person/stepmom/ employed person. I tend to forget the things I need as soon as I get to Kroger! But I've been adding things to my cart for the past week of things we need! I even loved how after I payed for my groceries they gave me an option to add more to my list! The substitutions we're great! Thank y'all for giving me an amazing experience! Will definitely be doing my shopping ONLINE from now on! Where normally id spend an hour in the store I didn't even have to get out of my car and only spent 3 mins tops!!! I recommend this for busy mom's!!!

Every time I come here early in the morning whenever the Hampton I work at needs something for breakfast, the employees are all diligently working and not only that but they are very helpful and kind. I think that says a lot for somebody who goes in and out in less than 10 minutes, and has such praise to offer about their customer service and etiquette. I love this place now if only they could make a map so I can find my way around now that I'm making more and more frequent trips lol

I just moved here from Woodstock and I LOVE this pharmacy! Everyone is so nice, despite being understaffed. The only downside is the long wait, but I can gladly wait for good service. Thank you for all that you do!

HORRIBLE pharmacy. Plan to wait 20 minutes plus every time you come here. Pharmacy staff is rude... they usually wont even greet you. The drive thru is a joke. Save your time and go literally anywhere else.

The wait time and the lines are ridiculous. They've gotten my prescriptions wrong. I somehow ended up with another person's medication ( but had my name on the bottle) They've over charged me a few times. Really, at this point it's my fault for not switching to another pharmacy.

Unfortunately, every time i come to this location the staff members are extremely rude. on this particular trip, once Patti realized she would need to write down my most updated information, she literally rolled her eyes at me.. their customer service is extremely lacking. Definitely considered moving my prescriptions multiple times. i shouldn’t be made to feel like an inconvenience as a consistent customer.

Went to drive thru to pick up a prescription the woman just barks out date of birth? No greetings and she was obviously not having a good day scrunching her eyebrows and scowling. Then she barks out what’s the name? Very RUDE! If you don’t like your job get another one and stop taking it out on customers. I would give ZERO stars if I could!

Paid for a glucose reader and strips and the cashier didn't know what they were doing and said my card was declined even though it charged me. Wouldn't give me the items i paid for, wouldn't give me a refund, said she couldn't do anything about it. Store manager said she couldn't do anything about it. The lady on the hotline number said she couldn't do anything about it. Kroger STOLE almost $30 from a diabetic person.

They have never once sent paper work for insurance on time. I have been getting the same medicine there for over 2 years and every year we go through this. They always try to pass the buck (what am I supposed to do? Go find the person I spoke to last time and make them fix it? No, you work here today, you fix it.) and they don't seem to appreciate the responsibility involved in working in a pharmacy and being able to do simple things like send paper work in time to the appropriate person. I'm sick of it and I'll be going elsewhere. A lot of the people working here need to grow up and learn how to take responsibility for mistakes made by the store they work for. Kroger should send them all to professional school or hire actual professionals.
