“Clean Touch Laundry Mat – My Go-To Spot
I visit Clean Touch Laundry Mat a couple of times a month, and it’s always a great experience. The machines are in excellent condition and run quickly, so I’ve never had to wait for one. Maybe I’ve just been lucky with my timing, but even if they were all in use, I doubt it would take long before one became available.

The lady who’s here most of the time is super nice, always willing to answer questions, and speaks a decent amount of Spanish, which is helpful for some customers. She also offers a wash-and-fold service if you don’t feel like doing the laundry yourself. I haven’t used it personally, so I can’t speak to the cost, but it’s nice to know it’s available. I’ve also seen who I believe is her husband, and he was just as kind.

All in all, this is my go-to laundry spot. Plus, as a bonus, there’s a great health and wellness store a couple of doors down that makes amazing smoothies—perfect for while you wait!”

“Absolute best dry cleaners in Cartersville. I informed them that I needed my suit cleaned in two days for a wedding, so really short notice. And it was done perfectly on time for me and looked great. It’s the only one in town that doesn’t ship the clothes to another site. The staff was also extremely friendly. Won’t be going anywhere else but here”

“Found a place to wash my clothing last minute after my washer wiped out. I felt so lost and it must have shown on my face because one of the young ladies who worked there offered to assist, with such kindness. This laundrymat is clean and runs smoothly. The floor was clean, so was the restroom. There was not a lot of clutter like I have seen in my past when using laundrymats with those gawd awful, sticky, paper thin carpets and downright Nasty all around.
The facility uses preloaded cards for payment in the machines. This is so helpful compared to the past when you walked around with 120 quarters weighing down your bag. The have a couple of pool tables for patrons use, a massage chair, and snacks. The television was on. Plus, there are a number of restaurants to eat at in the same plaza.
I am now stuck with extra funds on their card but it's ok. I like this place. If I ever have to use a laundry facility again, this would be the place.”

“Friendly service, knowledgeable and helpful staff. I dropped off 14 shirts and picked up 15 ( I miscounted :). The new location threw me because my GPS took me downtown, where they used to be, but called to get directions and was surprised to find that they moved to where the West End Cleaners used to be on 113. Easier "in and out" than downtown.”

“Wonderful staff and great customer service!! I needed some alterations done on a dress and a skirt and my husband needed some pants hemmed. The alterations were done exactly as requested. My dress fits perfectly now. Prices were very reasonable. Great experience!”
