The nail tech does a phenomenal job! My nails never pop off! My only qualm is that they invest in new gel polish!

The worst in Cartersville. I took my daughter to get her first set of nails and wanted them short and they were longer than asked for, horribly shaped. I asked for a pedicure no color polish. barely even attempted to get rough skin off my feet or trim skin around toenails. never cleaned under my toenails, no hot towels and barely rubbed my feet never past the ankle. Then I asked for eyebrow waxing and it was in the corner, dark and dirty table with supplies. I paid $100 for horrible service. the lady even dropped wax on my shirt and never said anything or try and get it off. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to go here. I will not be back.

I decided to try this place, first visit my nails were uneven and shaped very poorly.( charged 60.00 ) ( after leaving I could see through my red nail polish). ( gel ). Kinda streaked. Then by day 4 my index fingernail fell off. I returned and asked to fix nail, change the color and reshape. The second visit was even worse. The shaping was still uneven and nails were all different. I asked for a matt finish and well when I asked at the end about the matt finish the nail tech said “ my Matt doesn’t work”. I was charged an additional $20.00 . I immediately left the nail salon and returned to my regular nail salon and got my nails completely redone with perfect shape … smooth and Matt! Don’t waste your time here. Only one nail tech and he’s not interested in taking care of you, only telling you how to DoorDash.I Should get a full refund. This was ridiculous. Never going here again.

Me and my cousin got are nails done there a few days ago and it was great until we left not even five seconds after we left the nail polish came off of her nails and a day after that I lost 4 nails they are just falling off I am very unhappy with this I will not be coming back hereService: Nail art

They are horrible. The store is hot, dusty like someone hasn’t cleaned in forever and they rushed my nails and didn’t do the design I wanted because they wanted me out so they could close and didn’t want to take the time to even try. so I had to pay them then drive to a different nail place to get the design I wanted which turned out amazing and pay some more. I’m posting a picture of what I got that they refused to do. It took the other place 20 minutes to do it

I was new to area and after reading all the reviews of the nail shops here in Cartersville, I decided to walk into this shop and I was not disappointed. They do an excellent job and are very clean and listen to customer needs. I am so happy I found this shop so close to my home. I highly recommend you I know you will not be disappointed! They even do eyebrows I love the way they cleaned up my brows and are happy with their job.

I was wondering why on a Tuesday afternoon I was the Only customer in the store.... Family run business, nice people but the Dad that took over when his son had to leave, did a horrible job on my new set. I couldn't say anything so I just said I don't want the gel polish, no polish so I could hurry up and leave. Again, nice family but the Dad did a bad job. ?

The lady was not friendly at all. Cutting my nails they were all cut at an angle not even. On my big toe she cut so far into the nail bed it was bleeding and extremely sore. I kept saying it hurts she wouldn’t stop until I pulled my foot away. I told her I am not staying here and left. I had a bad experience here about two years ago and decided to try again. Awful experience
