I don't think words or just 5 stars could describe how amazing our experience here was. There was zero pressure by the sweetest ladies and had nothing but kind words to say about our daughter. With it being appointment only and being the only ones there, my daughter was way less stressed with not having other girls in other fitting rooms shouting out that the size zero dresses are too big. It was just perfect. Our daughter was unable to make a decision on her first appointment and they were so patient with us having to come back again to pick out the dress. I just wish I knew about this place earlier. All of our dresses would have come from here. We will definitely be back next year! Thank you both again for the amazing experience!

My daughter's had a wonderful experience shopping for prom dress at this location. The staff was very helpful and experienced. They were able to find the styles that the kids wanted and liked. Both girls were able to find dresses they liked. I highly recommend this store.

Wonderful staff! Beautiful dresses. My daughter found her dress today. This place really understood what she wanted. They don't push for you to get the most expensive thing. I think these ladies really love their job and genuinely want to make people happy.

This formal wear shop has amazing beautiful dresses. The service is spectacular and the two ladies running the shop are so sweet and helpful.I fell in love with this shop. I will be back for any special events that come up. It’s by appointment only but they will be ready for you once they know what you are looking for. You get to choose your outside alterations specialist from their list of recommendations. I just picked up my wedding dress and accessories. I’m thrilled, true quality for the money. I went to many shops and this place was the best.

Had such an amazing wedding dress shopping experience here. Plenty of beautiful plus sizes prom and wedding gowns, all beautiful, all fit well. Comfortable no pressure sales experience! Walked out with my wedding gown!

Best experience we ever had buying a prom dress. Was appointment only. No one else there. Very comfortable situation. A lot of choices. We will never stop anywhere else for a formal. Prices we're reasonable also.

Absolutely the best place to get a formal dress. The entire experience was flawless. I went with my daughter to get her a prom dress. It's by appointment only, we literally had the whole boutique to ourselves. They are so sweet and so helpful. They had so many dresses, colors and styles. The customer service was above and beyond. They helped my daughter with every dress, they listened to what she liked and didn't like and they made her feel so beautiful. I can't express how grateful I am to how they didn't rush my daughter and they were so genuine. They were easy to talk to and there was zero pressure. Just an amazing experience!! We will only be going here from now on!!!

Multiple dresses to choose from. Very professional and accommodating, unlike the big box stores. Great place to shop, while supporting small, local shops. Highly recommend!

Consigned 8 designer pageant/formal gowns here at Love em and Leave em over 2 years ago. I found out from a friend one had sold right away and had to chase my $ down. Have not heard anything about any of them since and can never get in touch with anyone. Left message with no call back. Now they have changed names and still haven’t heard a word about my dresses. Beware if you have nice dresses. I’m sure the paperwork got lost with the name change. This is horrible and should be illegal or against the law bc it is theft if she doesn’t give you your $ if the dress sells or won’t return your calls to get your merchandise back. ?

This place is horrible...the thing that I’m most furious with is that they removed the tags on my BRAND NEW wedding gown and are nowhere to be found. Now I can not resell my dress as “new with tags” absolutely no reason the tags should have EVER been taken off. I also dropped off my gown in a very nice heavy white bridal garment bag and when I picked my dress up to take it elsewhere it was given back to me in the thinnest hot pink bag?! Just a horrible experience all around and always rude.
