My son's Yamaha R6S was towed, with only an oil leak. Retrieved it today with electrical and fairing damage. They also left his Bluetooth helmet on the bike so it was rained on. Very unprofessional and rude. Run as fast as you can from this garage.

These are very shabby companies. Towing 10 miles costs $2,285.00. There are no thieves like this anywhere in the world. They are very mean people who take advantage of other people's weaknesses and try to extort money from them.

I had the pleasure of being able to train at Matthews facility for my wreck Master class they were the most kindest people you could ever come across the atmosphere was beautiful Matthews made me feel like family the two weekends I had a chance to spend over there the Matthews I would say would be one of the families that you would love to be a part of because of their southern hospitality and the love that that they give most of all they are god-fearing people they will always have a place and a place I would visit thank you again Matthew and his good friend Martin's will forever love you guys

I ended up calling Martin's because Martin's was $40 cheaper and got to it right away. I only needed my vehicle towed about 3 miles.

This place was so nice to us!! We had one of the worst 48 hours ever! These people went above and beyond to make sure we were okay! That we got our vehicle fixed and made it home safely!If they aren’t working with you on something, maybe it’s your attitude! Getting you car towed does suck. But it’s not their fault they are following laws. Tara was so sweet! She helped us through it all! Never had a car impounded before. But she was so helpful!She even texted to make sure we made it back to Florida!Literally some of the nicest people I’ve ever came across!!Be kind to them! They are only doing their job!

Some companies are so egregious with their lack of scruples, they make me waste my time doing this.They were called, because my driver was stuck in the soft shoulder and could not get out.This was called in by the officer that pulled the truck over for an inspection.After the truck was pulled out, I received a call that the bill was $906.40. I asked for a detail of the charges and was told: "This is what we charge."So, I can't get a list of the charges or a copy of the invoice? No, I could not, until AFTER the bill was paid and the driver got back to the office. I called the office and told the person that answered the phone I was taken aback by the charges and would like to know how they arrived at that. I was transferred to Cody.This conversation did not last long as I asked how this charge was calculated and was told: The charge is normally $1250 for any wrecker to go out, but since the GA officer called, it was only $800, plus fuel surcharge. Your truck is not leaving until the bill is paid and if it take more than 30 minutes, I will hook back up to your truck and haul it back to my yard.I still need a bill.I deal with a lot of people and for someone to get that nasty and defensive of what they are doing that quickly with an ultimatum of severe consequences tells me they know they are just raking everybody over the coals, but do not care. Napoleon Complex comes to mind.I have attached the invoice ticket they were willing to send me, to confirm the amount they were charging. No detail, just a total.I think it goes without saying that I do not recommend this company in any way, shape or form.

The are nothing more then car theives they jack the price up so much you are unable to pay their 1000 of dollar fees to get your car back and then are unwilling to work with you to pay it when I know for a fact there prices are inflated and they do that so that your unable to get your car back so they can take your car to auction to make money off of your circumstances and flatten my tires after towing .after speaking with several other services in the area told me they were overcharging and stealing people's cars but do it in a way that seems legal. Do not recommend and do not let these theives tow your CA under any circumstance. O stars. After speaking with owner Jeremy he pretty much laughed in my face because I was unable to pay is outrageous price of 1080 for towing my car. Total scam that got going on . Totally dissatisfied with him and their operation that got going on with bartow county . And plan on taking legal action. To seek justice in this situation . When my car was already towed illegally. I stand firm on this situation. It is making me give them 1 star even though I am saying 0 stars.

They towed our car for no reason! No signs posted we had car trouble and was trying to get the car moved and they damaged our car!Prices are way to high!!!!!No more business from any of our family or jobs!!!!!
