I seen a deal online, but didn't really want to wait for the phone to be shipped. I went into the Tennessee St. location to see if they maybe had a similar deal. Online the phone was free, and the plan I chose was $40 a month. The lady in the store told me if I did everything in-store, that I would get the phone for free, but would end up paying $140. I told her I would go with the online deal. She said I would still have to come in to activate, get my number and pay an activation fee. I did everything online. Got my phone free, activated online, got my number and did not pay an activation fee. So if you can do it online, I suggest to do it that way. The people at this store are only out to make you spend more money than you have to.

They don't answer the phone at all. Good luck trying to get in touch with someone here . It's almost ridiculous. Do your job and answer the dam phone!!!

People in this store are rude and arrogate. They treated me as though I were trash because of how i looked after getting off work. They did not answer any of my questions and i left without resolving my issue.

I purchased a ph thru metro pcs about a month and a half ago and immediately started having issues with the ph . I called store here at market place where I purchased it and they were very helpful and thought we had solved the problem . My ph continued to give me problems . So I contacted Kristi at the store on Tennessee st and she was just great . Her and Ragan were so helpful and kind and solved my problem for me . Just wanted to share and show my appreciation for them .

Kristy was there. This is who I called Saturday, since it wasn't fixed she told me to come in. Thursday is the only day I get out. So I went there, she was there. So I handed her my phone, she remembered the conversation we had. She took it and she couldn't understand why my text was coming in but no notification sound was being transmitted. So she played with it for about 20 MI Tues then it was working. Thank goodness. I live by myself and NO family in GA. So you could imagine the CALLS I was getting. I am also, let's just say NOT HEALTHY. She was pleasant and helpful. Thank you KRISTY METRO P C S

The girl Kristi, needs to understand what customer service actually is. She also needs to learn how to control her tone of voice when she's talking to people. She absolutely snobby to me and my husband being condescending.

Always helpful! Will tell you the truth about your phone instead of just trying to sell you something. Most people complaining have either done something to their phone themselves and are mad cause it doesn't work properly, or just simply don't know how to use the device. So when they can't get on Facebook or their POF app it is automatically the stores fault, or even more, the employees fault?... No.... Know your login information that YOU created for YOUR accounts.... Such as... Facebook, Google(GMAIL), whatsapp, etc.... Each device is DIFFERENT. The reps do not have explicit information for EACH device. They are NOT tech support. If you can google to see this review then you can easily google to find out information on how to sign in or help yourself with basic knowledge on YOUR device. Also, if you drop, break, drown, run over, or anything else to YOUR phone or someone you let use it does anything to it, that ALSO is not the store or store reps fault......

Love loved LOVED the trip here, there was barely any wait. I got the phone that I wanted, and I got EVERYTHING transferred thanks to Destiny. I loved both the reps being there, both Destiny and Regan were funny, helpful, and nice to talk to. It made the experience SO much better, I HIGHLY recommend going to either Destiny or Regan. They are AMAZING workers with GREAT customer service!
