Stopped in to get Home Internet, there were 2 customers at the counter. After 30 minutes I left, not because they were busy, that's ok, and not a problem, but the reason for the 1 star is there were no chairs or benches to sit and wait. I am handicapped and cannot stand long due to arthritis in the knees. After 30 minutes I could barely walk out, not to mention the pain from standing that long. THAT is what was inexcusable...

The employees were wonderful and stayed late to help us.The review is for Tmobile's service quality. Since switching from Verizon I have nothing but dropped calls, static, inability to access the internet away from home and the rebate gift card isn't usable. The website to access it has been shutdown or moved. I would rather pay more for good quality.Update. My husband and I switched from Verizon to Tmobile a while back. We get nothing but dropped calls, failed texts and missed calls. We just spent two days in the mountains with zero service! We continuously get alerts saying that our sim card isn't from Tmobile or that it isn't from Verizon. I took screen shots and went in to ask for help. The man working there basically told me that I'll always have that problem because I'd switched from Verizon and still have a Verizon phone and it won't connect to the towers. So, if you're trying to switch to Tmobile from another carrier you probably need to buy a Tmobile phone? My husband got frustrated because the employee basically dismissed our concerns andoffered no solution and kept talking over my husband. He finally just turned and walked away and told us to have a good day. He couldn't logically explain anything. He was very rude. He's childish and has no business being in customer service!

If I could give this location a negative review then I WOULD! I had only one request for the new phone I was paying for; that it had to be able to connect to my college for whenever I was on the go. As if the EPIC fail at their "customer service" wasn't bad enough they didn't even give me the access code to set my account up. Then to add insult to injury, this phone keeps powering off by itself . Even caused me a zero in one of my courses. So, I take the phone back to the store and they tried to keep my number, the phone case return money plus $10 ....the phone case itself was over $20. They have ruined the whole going back to ?

the customer service or lack or customer service is astounding . the young lady that works there hates her job and it shows in her lack of professional behavior. When asked a question, I find smacking of the lips and tossing of the hair to be rude. She would not answer my activation questions without these gestures. Called the manager and he has the.... thats just the way she is attitude

There is one girl there who is black that KNOWS what she is doing. After the mess with this "IMS keeps stopping" thing I couldn't get my Bluetooth to work. She comes out and takes maybe 5 minutes and fixes it. This is the second time it has happened, but I knew who to go too. She is out of my way, but WELL WORTH IT. She is my Metro Angel.

I've been experiencing so much trouble from TMobile service in my area. 5G. I've called and called technical support. They always hung up on me resetting my signal, losing personal voicemail/without telling me they're resetting it. Rude! Well. I got tired of it because it was costing me too much money. I went to this store and LEX!! Fixed my phone. All she had to do is take me from 5g to 4g LTE and Viola. Bravo to your customer support/sales agent in the store. You need to tell your technical support to turn off 5g in phones if this happens to 4g LTE. It's the same service. Get your stuff together TMoible.
