Avoid this carwash at all costs. The owner, Ray, is rude and threatened to fight my brother. They damaged his car while detailing and didn’t want to take ownership. Ray you should be ashamed of yourself for threatening a someone, especially a vet! Save your money and use it somewhere who values their customers,

Just pulled away at 2:45 on 09/14/2024 for oil change🙁 No one seemed to be there, waited 5mins and left🤫 Two guys standing outside wash area didn’t seem to care😳

Positives: the oil change was quick and reasonably priced
Negatives: the garage was empty when I showed up (around 2 in the afternoon) and i had to wait around five minutes to even be acknowledged by anyone. More seriously, the mechanic put a screw in my air conditioning drainage hose as a stopper and FORGOT TO REMOVE IT, causing my passenger floorboard to flood halfway into a road trip to the Smokies. I removed it myself upon returning home (three days later...) and I couldn't help but wonder how serious the issue may have grown if it had gone unnoticed.
So beware, and be sure they double-check everything before you leave

I worked here some years back. My title was detail manager but in reality I did everything. Trust me when I say your money is best spent some where else.

Got an oil change from here and paid well over $70. Not even a thousand miles later my oil is low, so far I’ve had to fill up my oil twice! Jacked up my car and see there’s a leak! They couldn’t even do an oil change right! Never gonna come back here, I’d rather burn money than come here again. Their phone line don’t work either, what a shame.

Terrible experience. Zero stars! Went to get my oil changed and they said “whom ever did your oil change before stripped the bolt on the oil pan and we can get it off or able to fix it.” I told them they were the last ones to do my oil change and they said I would have to take it to a machanic to get it fixed… then told me they would put everything back and send me on my way.
Well they didn’t put the oil cap back on my engine…. And oil spilled everywhere and while I pulled over to realize the cap was gone bc it’s smelled like burnt oil in my car. Terrible experience and the people there a sketchy. This used to be a great reliable place to get your oil changed, but it has gone down hill. I have also herd bad things from others. Beware!
