10/10 recommend. So glad that one of our patients said she her fur babies always look so good and that PetSmart Grooming does such an amazing job. Our fur baby had Shelby and she was FANTASTIC with him ❤️ we will be seeing her again. Thank you for your time and for being so sweet to our baby.

Kaitlyn did amazing with my little dogs groom. We have definitely found our groomer! She did wonderful and she was so very sweet!

5/27/24 ms Bridgett helped me out today with some items and she was friendly, helpful and just an all out joy. I wish there was another way to give her some recognition but I just want my interaction said somewhere.

I understand that the staff isn’t educated on the animals they sell, but to not be aware of merchandise location is underperforming to say the least, accompanied with a bad attitude and no customer service. For some reason they seem to be out of stock on at 1 thing on my list. This stands out to me because I call other locations that always have what I need. It shows they aren’t ordering sufficiently and only ever give me the option to get it ordered to the store (trying to trick me into paying more for it in the store because it’s always cheaper to buy online from this place).
And overall just the lack of care, the absence of any employee.
It just gets old because I have to rely on this location. Please do better.
