Very small facility very limited parking for free parking and across the street is a TA that's 100% paid parking essentially pick your poison so disgusting we pay it overpriced fuels and benefits they make money hand over fist but that's not enough not s fan fills up very quickly and early the line for the shower is crazy it could be 10 in the afternoon or 8 at night shower line is next level

So we decided to have McDonald's, well they had no lettuce, the coke had very to no ice and tasted flat, and the French fries were the only thing good. Lol someone needs to do better inventory.
And the shower very little water pressure and your lucky to have hot water, my husband had to flush the toilet to get a few seconds of hot water.. worst pilot travel center ever..

The subway and the McDonald’s was closed at 11:30 PM Where is a Truck driver supposed to eat after that time? Seems like truckstops nowadays don’t care about truck drivers getting a hot meal anymore.

Get rid of commercial gas pumps.

Its not required by law to have to scan ID for tobacco purchases. I prefer my ID not be scanned and you can tell when someone has gray hair, that they are obviously over 18. Very disappointed that I was refused service because I didn't want my ID scanned.
