I bought a 2017 Ford Edge Titanium EcoBoost from this company on May 30, 2025. I was originally looking at the website for a different car, but it had already been sold, so I told them I would still come over and look at others. When I arrived, the car was pulling in and they asked what I think about this one and took it for a test drive. They said they didn’t even have it on their website yet. So, I took it for a drive, and told them I liked it. So, we went through all the paperwork and got a loan for it, paid $1100, and left. The next day, when I was driving around, the check engine light came on. When we checked it for the codes, there were quite a few that showed up. Apparently, they had to have erased the codes before I bought it. These codes would not have passed the emissions test. I was told that in order to sell a car, it has to pass emissions. And there's no way that it did. I've been having to replace one part after another and it's getting more expensive each time. Other people have complained about this company and the things that are wrong with this car, even one person from O'Reilly auto parts. They put “as is” on the paperwork, but that doesn't mean anything. They’ve been scamming people for long enough, and I think it's finally time to take some legal action, before someone else falls into their trap.

We just paid off our first vehicle from here that we bought in 2020. That was an excellent experience, so when my daughter's car stopped working right, we checked out the website and saw several possibilities. After a few test drives she decided on a 2019 Kia Sportage. There was a little problem with the financing so we put it in my name. It was a faster process than going to a new car dealer. They worked with us through the whole thing and gave a decent trade in amount for the old car which was struggling. Then, uh oh, the next day she heard a noise that continued to get worse. We brought it in the following day. They determined it was the brake pads and replaced them immediately. Throughout the process, Starr and all the employees were great!
Now let's talk about used car dealers. Before we got my husband's truck here in 2020, we went to so many places from Cartersville to Marietta to Atlanta to Duluth. Everything in our price range had something wrong with it. I was so shocked when I looked at Premier and everything I looked at was in great condition. The salesman then and Starr now were both so friendly and helpful. There are a lot of cars here I'd like to have. This is a great place to buy a car and we'll buy from them again in the future. I highly recommend Premier Auto Center.

Starr at Premier Auto Center is wonderful and so helpful. She helped me get into a desperately needed new car. 2 days later I noticed the rear brake pads were noisy, so I came back and they gladly replaced the pads for me in 30 minutes at no extra cost to me. They don't sell junk vehicles here because they value their reputation and repeat customers. My step-dad purchased a truck here a couple of years ago and happily referred me. I think the prices are also quite fair, not hiked up. Highly recommend!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I am 8 months pregnant, they tried to sell me a 2011 ford explorer that is blowing dirty oil all over the alternator, there is a puddle of oil underneath the car, there is metal shavings in the coolant, and the ac was only blowing out of the defrost. They were so quick to try to cut a “deal”. Brian & jeremya are shady individuals!!

I contemplated this review for a while. I kept getting asked for a review so here it is. Be ware of buying from here. I bought a 2013 bmw from them on April 26th. The test drive went well and I loved how the vehicle looked. I was very excited and couldn’t wait to take a drive. To good to be true. The very next day the vehicle’s oil level was low and needed oil. Later we found the vehicle had little to no oil what so ever. My husband put 4 quarts of oil in the vehicle and something still didn’t seem right. I called and I was advised to bring it and they stated they changed the oil. Within 2 weeks I had 2 major sensors come up on the dash. 1st the check engine light which was stated due to a heating coil. I paid for the problem and got a receipt. The next following week a transmission malfunction showed up on the dash. I called immediately once again frustrated because I had already had 2 issues and it wasn’t even a month into buying the vehicle. I was advised to bring it in ,that was on a Saturday. 2 days past and my car was there with no update. I called to check just for someone to say it’s ready we didn’t find anything wrong. I was upset and ultimately felt cheated. I expressed my concerns to star who seemed to understand and told me that the owner stated that I had bought the car a month ago and it wasn’t anything that could be done. It was bought so it’s my problem. It hadn’t even been a month yet. Not to mention I got my tag 2 days before the permit was set to expire. I called for updates before hand. Some days I got someone some days I didn’t. I finally asked for the title clerk and surprisingly my tag was approved 2 days later before the expiration date . They also give out personal information so be ware of that. After all this I would say to try another place for a car.

I purchased a vehicle for my wife. There was an issue with the key fob and JT promised to get it reprogrammed. I called him at least 6 times and he promised me Tuesday of the following week every time. Tuesday would come and I never heard from him. I’ve called numerous times since and never got a return call. I initially gave this dealership a 5 star rating. A persons word is everything to me. If you have no intention of delivering don’t promise it. I would never do business with this lot again. If you choose to don’t believe any promises you are given.

My overall experience with Premier Auto Center was satisfying! Answered any questions I had, was open to me having my personal mechanic come and look and test drive the vehicle. Communicated thoroughly, Fernando and Star were both patient and AMAZING the moment I walked through the door. I would recommend to others that may be shopping and if I am looking to purchase another vehicle this will be my first stop.

I'm so happy with my van I purchased. Star and the whole team was amazing. I was able to trade my old car in for a great price and drove away with van I wanted. Definitely recommend this company for your next car!!!!!
