Prime Storage is a clean, secure, and affordable self storage facility. The location is excellent, with a fantastic and friendly local team. Customer service is the best around, described as accommodating, understanding, and awesome. The staff is helpful, looks for deals for customers, and provides easy, personal service much preferable to using an automatic kiosk. Customers feel their items are safe and appreciate the extremely clean facility. Many are happy with their experience and gladly return to this location and company for their storage needs.

Adam is awesome! He traveled to another location to help with my problems. He refunded my last month of rent since I was moving out. He is very understanding and knows how to help. Highly recommend!
