I have been having my Ford Edge serviced by Pugmire ever since we bought it in 2013. I am totally pleased with Pam and all the great service coming from the service men who service my car!! I drive away feeling good that my car has been checked from front bumper to back bumper and ready to hit the road for another 5000 miles in top condition!

I was disappointed that my 2017 FordEdge Titanium with only 44,600 miles that the transmission needed to be replaced. Although my car is out of warranty my transmission should not need replacing or having any problems with the low mileage . I feel this is some type of defect and Ford should stand behind their product and their work. My car has never been wrecked I take care of my car and it has been garaged since day one, I have Always had it serviced on time and only by Ford dealership. So my disappointment in Ford will certainly make me look at going to another company. We have owned 16+ Ford vehicles since 1967 but it seems it’s time to change. I have nothing but good things to say about Pam as she has always taken care of us, this is a Ford Company problem and I have been a very loyal to Ford.

Pugmire Ford of Cartersville provides phenomenal service with every visit. The staff is kind, the wait is short, and if you want to talk to anyone who serviced your car, you can. Their treatment has made me want to stay with the Ford family forever. Customer service matters - they truly get it!

Some of the best customer service. Jesse took time out of his evening and changed my battery, after close (which is also not his job here). With having the bare minimum of tools to use, he was able to get it done for me. Best sales man at Ford! 10/10 recommend coming to see him for all of your needs! (Preferably sales lol).

These people do great work and always have scheduling available. Unlike my home dealer that takes over a month to get my vehicle in, even when it’s a safety sensitive recall, Pugmire gets it in the same week. Also, this time I tired the delivery service which I am enormously skeptical about using ever, only because I don’t like other people driving my truck, but I was very impressed. It was so easy and they brought me my truck damage free!

We recently purchased our first (used) Ford and took it to Pugmire to resolve some recalls and give it a "once over". We've owned several cars over the years and have dealt with numerous service departments and I can honestly say, Pugmire is the most friendly and helpful service group I have encountered. Just outstanding communication and helpfulness and we'll definitely be back for all of our service needs in the future.

The Service Department at Pugmire was great, they came to jump off my car at Home Depot and did their best to be sure my car was fixed correctly.I do have a complaint with Company Policy that did not allow them to let me use a loaner vehicle so I had to go without for 3 days.Again, the Manager in Cartersville stepped up and allowed me to use a loaner for the final day of service .

The processes was easy but I feel that I was pressured into to buying extended warranty and add on with the incentives of a lower interest rate. If I qualify for a lower interest rate I should get it. Make your money on the car not the interest rate. Nathan was a great sales rep and helped me out a lot and I’m happy with my purchase but not the financial processes.

I love the valet service they offer. Now I don’t have to miss work or try for a Saturday! Better prices than going anywhere else for my oil changes or any work needed, especially since I’m getting motocraft oil.

I have taken my Fords to other dealers for service but since we just moved to Cartersville thought I would give them a try. Will never again. Here is the summary: It took a little less than 4 months to get the part and didn’t call me when the part came in only to be told they didn’t know who the part was for when I called 4 months later. They didn’t do the extended warranty verification like was supposed to be done when I took it in the first time. So had to wait an extra day for that and missed taking my in-laws to Florida for a day and they missed a friends funeral service. When the parts did come in and they were working on it, I received s call that one of the parts wasn’t orders but it could be there next day so 2 days and a missed trip later, I had my expedition back. Oh and did I mention they had me scheduled for Carrolton not Cartersville and wanted me to wait 2 more weeks for their mistake. Pam did the right thing and let me bring it on 2 days later. So in the end the warranty didn’t cover everything and was told to call the warranty people myself and fight with them. I got no we’re sorry for the inconvenience or help with the warranty not covering everything. Just a dismal experience never experienced at other Ford dealerships. My father in law retired from Ford and was shocked as I was at how poor this dealership handled the situation.I would like to add they have my contact information and have not reached out, but expect me to reach out to them.

I took my truck to them to get all the recalls took care of. It would not hook to Wi-Fi or do auto updates. It makes a popping noise when you turn the wheel to the right and then back up. and the start stop feature would not work no more.They said they would keep it for two weeks and gave me a Rent-A-Car.So after the two weeks I called on Thursday she said they could not figure out the electrical issues with my truck. she asked if they could keep it for another week. I said yes I want to get everything took care of while y’all have it.The next morning, I get a voicemail saying that my truck is ready. When I got off of work, one of the salesman’s called me and told me that the car I was in, he had sold and I needed to bring it back. so I live an hour and a half away I went to get my truck.When I get down there, they did not do not one recall!! They did not fix the Wi-Fi problem!! They did not fix the auto update problem!! They did not fix the popping noise when I back up!! The only thing they did was put a new battery in it to fix the start stop feature!!So they lied to me and said my truck was ready only because they had already sold the car that I was in and they needed it back!!!!!So now I have to find a different Ford dealership to actually fix my truck. It is still under warranty, and I did buy it from them but now I do not trust them at all!!If they needed the car back, they should have just told me that they needed it back and maybe put me in a different car. But don’t tell me my truck is fixed and it is not! They didn’t even fix the recalls! They told me they had all the parts to fix all the recalls. Why did they not fix them?

Came from Canton to drive a Mach E. We generally enjoy working with smaller dealers. Walked in and was ignored by several staff members. Finally someone came up and said that he would find someone to assist, however that person was busy but didn’t offer an alternative. After 5-10 minutes we walked out. Considering the number of dealers in Metro Atlanta that would appreciate our business, I have no tolerance for dealerships that don’t have the insight to recognize the impact of ignoring potential buyers.

Dave is the best mechanic ever! I have an older Ford truck that is very special to me. Several places couldn't repair it. Dave was able to get my truck back on the road!Pugmire also offers pickup and dropoff of your vehicle in selected areas which was so helpful to me with my busy work schedule.Office staff is kind and helpful.I will not take my truck anywhere else!

The service department went way out of there way to address my issues which had been prompted by a visit to a tire company. It appears that the blame by that tire company was false-none the less Pugmire Ford patiently evaluated everything I asked for. Pam was very helpful and kept me up to date. They have proven their value to me.
