Transmission fluid temperature sensor code popped up. He has it one day and done!! He even recycled the fluid to keep the cost down because it was super clean already. Clean bill of health and I was off and running. This review is coming 2 weeks later and still going strong!! Thank you!!

Richard is fantastic very informative and friendly, the car lot service manager that had my car taken to Quality on the other hand was a nightmare was without my car for around 3 weeks because of service manager communication, let's just say there was none. Richard at Quality was the only communication I had. Thank you for the great work and being so nice and understanding, I highly recommend Quality Transmission for your transmission needs. After the owner response I feel I need to update this review, it was not Quality Transmissions fault it took so long first week was service manager at car lot dropped the ball. Just know that great work takes time and I'm very pleased with the work completed by Quality on my car. Thank you Quality Transmission..

I called KO Automotive in Cartersville because my Uber driver had recommended them and mentioned that they were an honest auto repair shop. They could not do the repairs on my transmission so I asked for an honest transmission guy and they recommended Richard @ Quality Transmission. Richard could not fix the Expedition because it needed computer programming - he could have charged me whatever he wanted for a diagnostic fee but he didn't charge me anything. You know Ford charges $149-199 to diagnose before they rip you off with their ridiculous hourly labor rate. So then Richard recommended Terry at Skene Transmission and I found another truthful and reliable mechanic. I hope they both stay in business for a long time.Service: Transmission

Says they are open until 6 but were closed when we got there at 5.EDIT: We did get out of the car. The door to the business was locked and the lights were out. No one was inside. We were traveling and stranded. I could have left one star because the service we needed wasn't provided but I left 3 and a text review in case someone else traveling through got stranded in Cartersville tried to find somewhere open after 5. How were we supposed to know the random dude walking around way in the back in the rain worked there? If you saw us sitting there desperately making phone calls when we pulled up and realized your place was closed why didn't you approach us?

Small privately owned business...Richard is VERY smart and honest.He rebuilt my GMC Yukon's transmission for MUCH less than another shop which installs the "factory" rebuilt and gave a 3-year, 100,000 mi warranty.A little hard to find, use satellite view on Maps.Service: Transmission

Richard is nice, knowledgeable and HONEST!! I took my car into Quality Transmission and was told the problem was not in my transmission, and was not charged for the diagnoses! Richard knew within a few minutes what was wrong. I would definitely recommend this shop!!!

My 04 Dodge Dakota was in need of a Transmisson rebuild in a bad way. I bought this truck fresh off the transport hauler having on 12 miles on her. I have done 98% of the couple repairs she has needed over the 248,000 miles I've put on her so when the trans decided it was time I stopped in Richards shop and after talking with him I knew he was a man that I could trust and he knew Transmissons inside and out! I couldnt be more happy with the price and the work!!! I dont think she shifted this smooth when I bought her! Dont think twice if your in need of transmisson repair he is the man!!!
