Chris mcintosh- ginger that sits in the corner threatened to call the cops. worked at play it again sports before he became a "banker" I did not cuss or yell, I was visibly upset because I told them three times I needed my paycheck funds available, they screwed my check up and rendered me broke 24 hours . This location is a constant source of problems.

Took my uncle to open a new account. They told us that because he was non- English speaking they wouldn’t be able to assist, even though he had consented I could be his translator. Still no. Not to say they didn’t have any translator services available at their office. This felt very discriminatory. I dont believe the office has staff member that speaks every single language and that through them would be the only means for non-English speakers to open an account. Anyway, we got took care of at another location.

I have been a customer of Regions Bank before its was Regions it was Etowah Bank I have had account with them since I was 14 personal account and know have a business account with them went into the branch to take care of some business never got greeted and when the two tellers figure out who was going to lunch then they decided to help me I am the owner of my business they would not give me a debit card for my business account for my husband because he was not own the account never been a problem before I guess because before everyone knew me on a first name bases its said because everyone in the Cartersville branch is different than before Red Flag automatically should have told me something then the one teller that I did recognize wants to talk down to me when a few months ago I was in the branch and made deposits and she deposited the wrong amount I understand because she was in training we all have to learn but then for the branch to be so rude I will be moving all of my accounts to another bank and my family also accounts with you guys that will be moving to where our business is appreciated good bye Regions ?

Just started a account here usually have go to the Rome branch this was my second time going into this branch. Was not a good experience! I felt like I treated like I could not afford to be there. I felt so judged. She was questioning me about my deposit about making like I couldn't afford it or I was lying. Like where did the money come from. I felt very uncomfortable.Then my check was held for oddly strange amount of days. With a notice that with confidential information it would not be paid. I felt very judged at this branch and will not be returning! Worst first experience with a teller.

On 8/20/2021 I went in to open a personal checking account for myself. I already have a joint one. I was met with Tammy Smith who answered my questions in a professional way and offered suggestions and advice. Even though they were short handed, she never once acted rushed or stressed with me. I felt as if I was the only customer she'd have all day. I felt so happy and accomplished that day. I really appreciate how they make you feel here and deal with your professional needs at the same time. This is my hometown bank. If you go in, ask for her and tell her Mrs. Vera Whittemore sent you.

My adult son received a refund from Floyd Professional Billing.The teller at the Cartersville location stated there was a percentage charge since my son did not have an account with Regions Bank. I referred her to the letter from Floyd stating there was no charge if check was cashed at a Regions Bank.Teller training??

My employer uses this bank and branch. I always go into the lobby and the staff is very welcoming. The employees are all very friendly, even before they knew me. it's nice to go in and chit chat while waiting on my turn. During COVID everyone was wearing masks and taking necessary precautions. If they ever have an issue with our deposits, someone calls our business and keeps us posted. Overall, no complaints.

This locations ATM deposit is down everytime I need it I do not understand what the problem is for it to be down so oftenOnly location availableIt's so uncalled forAnd so inconvenient I have complained many times but this branch just doesn't care very sad

After having an issue with the ATM, Katie went out of her way to make sure I got my deposit ASAP.The following day, I had to confirm the transaction (which I was not able to call until 5 mins before close). Katie still took my call, was very friendly, and made sure the transaction still went through that same day.Thank you Katie, and Regions bank!

Everyone at the Cartersville, GA branch will go out of their way to help you, but to help you, they call their Regions Bank "Lifeline". These are the worst support people I have encountered. Our local bank associate put the phone on speaker, at our request, to make it easier so she wouldn't have to explain what she was being told. The rep on the other end told her to pick up the phone and take her off speaker. Prior to that, another rep said have the customer call diectly, and she would not answer customer questions, on the customer support line, unless we called WITHOUT our local associate present. We could NOT get help!!! It was a terrible waste of 2 whole hours, and they were unable to resolve an issue on our corporate account which they created. So, we love the local folks but don't like REGIONS Bank and they way they handle/mis-manage customer service. The account is only 3 months old and they can't work out the kinks in their system. If they could fix the mistake they made in their "default" account creation, we could live with it, but they can't fix their own errors.
