This is the worst bank branch, I have ever dealt with. John, makes decisions on account's for his own personal reasons. My account went into overdraft, he decided to lock my debit card, stating he did so, inorder for me to call the branch. I asked for my account to be switched to another location, where i moved closer too, its been almost 5 months now, in low in behold i find out today, it has yet to be done. I prefer, not to deal with John or certain staff members at this branch, and it's boiling my blood to have to speak with him again today. Trouble lurking around the corner, with this branch. There's literally one or two ladies, I've dealt with in the past that are genuinely sweet, people persons, and I wish they could take the spots of the one's that's considered to be branch manager's. When, indeed they're just a headache for the branch customers. I'll be reporting them once again, to corporate which I did the first time, and didn't complete the process because I felt, everyone was in agreement for me to never have to deal with this branch again. Now, I see I have to complete the process to inform Renasant Bank of John's personal behavior, and choices that doesn't go with their policy. Two times I've been late to work, because he has locked my debit card, and I had no ideal until I'm trying to fill my vehicle up with gas. Bank elsewhere people. Or use a different branch not this one. Now, im waiting for John to call me back, inorder to unlock my debit card, let's see how long this takes. And, I suppose to had been at work at 7a.m.. Another point for me at work, because of John's personal decisions. The worst thing about it, is I opted into overdraft, I overdraft, i pay the fee. So what are you really doing John, besides being a pain in my tail?
