Chris Stephenson in parts is by far the best. Several other dealerships were quoting over 1k to replace a BCM/ECU due to the lack of knowledge that the code can be pulled from the online dealer portal. Within 3 minutes Chris had googled what I was talking about, found the portal, pulled the codes, and had texted me the appropriate codes (after proof of ownership). By far the best Fiat dealership in GA.

My experience with Robert Loehr Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram was wonderful! I inquired by phone about a 2025 Grand Cherokee Limited 4x4 on the lot. Jonathan Arroyo and Randy Oakley were amazing! They listened to my needs, offered me great trade in value and had the Grand Cherokee ready for a test drive within hours. The process was smooth and efficient—most of the paperwork was done online beforehand, so everything was ready when I got there. I left feeling very pleased with my purchase and the great deal I received. I highly recommend Robert Loehr Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and especially Jonathan and Randy for an stress-free car-buying experience.

the shop didn’t check my coolant at all last time I got an oil change it was very very low, this time Morgan helped me up front and even filled up the air in my tires ! I’ll ask for him anytime I come back

It's never good when your vehicle goes in for service only to find out the transmission needs to be replaced. It was a sad situation for a truck that I absolutely loved and tried to continue driving for two years with a faulty transmission, but going to Robert Loehr for service and diagnostic was the best decision I could have made. Scott the service manager and Todd the transmission tech tried flashing and updating the software to no avail. In comes Jeffrey Ayers who took care of the buying process from start to finish. I had already started looking because I figured the worst and luckily they still had the truck I picked out. They was kind enough to let me test drive it for a day to try it out and that is when I fell in love. It was tough parting ways with my 2019 Ram 1500 but the 2021 1500 Longhorn helped ease the pain immediately. Thank you Robert Loehr team for taking care of me and getting me back on the road quickly. They were quick, efficient and paid attention to every detail.

This is our 3rd Vehicle from this dealership and have always got a great experience. The sales rep we use is Hugh Evans. He is amazing and has seen our daughter grow ever since she was 2 days old. We had problem after problem with our 1st vehicle 2018 Dodge Journey, but got fixed every time. The Service department also is amazing.

I stopped by for a small service issue. They grabbed a technician from the shop who was able to address it right outside of the service office in a few minutes. They didn't even charge me or make me go through any paperwork or waiting. A+ service, certainly not the norm in today's world.

Highly recommend this dealership. We visited four dealerships in one day, and Robert Loehr was hands down the best by far. They're easy to work with, professional, friendly, fast, and fair. Go see Jeff Ayers- he's knowledgeable and passionate about cars! I typically dread car shopping, but this was a great experience.

RUN!!! We have owned a FIAT for 3 years with zero issues. It had a warranty repair so we took it here this summer and added an oil change while it was there. Immediately when we got it back the check engine light turned on. We went back and forth with them insisting they didn't do anything but supposedly it was coincidence something went wrong. We met them in the middle and paid for the part and supposedly they did the labor. Literally a few months later light comes on AGAIN. We take it to another mechanic. Weeks we have been without a car. The new mechanic says their are metal filings in the engine which indicates the car was probably driven without oil which points to what this repair shop did ! Our 2020 FIAT now will most likely be completely undriveable and sold for scrap. Again... RUN from this location. RUN RUN RUN

I bought a battery from them 2 years ago. Battery was under warranty still a year left on it . Brought in to swap out for new one. Would not warranty a new battery until I brought in my car. Battery was completely dead would not hold charge. I explained to them I tried to jump the battery and I couldn’t get it to them . They was unwilling to work with us at all and quite honestly acted like they didn’t even care. Went and bought my own and won’t be back here. So if you buy a 300 dollar battery from them they will do the same to you . Poor customer service
