if there was a zero I would mark it. bought a hair wand May 25, 2023. took it back today 6/2/23. they tried to say since it was an appliance I couldn't return it for a refund. 3 of them said it. I turned the receipt over and showed ALL of them the receipt statin, Electrical Appliances and Shears: no returns or in-store credit without original receipt dated within 60 days of purchase. They would not even look at it even when I shoved it in their faces. All 3 people could not comprehend it. What!? I had it a total of 9 days. All 3 must have failed reading comprehension in school. Cartersville, Ga location

If you want an honest opinion coming from a stylist, find a small beauty store. There are plenty around. The prices have gone up 5 dollars in 2 years, the products are never in stock. The staff always seems overwhelmed. From what I've heard from eavesdropping, the store has terrible security. For some odd reason it always stinks in that store when I go in there. It smells like hot dog turd or hot marijuana Odor. One time I bought bulk order of dye and there was 4 roach bugs in 2 of the boxes.

Went in and was completely blown off by an employee at the register who said “I’m going to break” and went and got in her car and left. I think her name was Nicole? Or Nico? Short black hair. Do not recommend talking to her. Luckily another employee was there to take care of me. I forgot her name but she had blue curly hair! She was Very good and answered all my questions !

The store is not stocked well. The management is bad and the employees get paid $10 an hour. Who can live off $10 an hour now days with inflation. Of course the employees don't care about helping you with your hair supplies when they are worried about surviving with the very little pay this chain compensates their employees. Of course their prices are up higher now because of inflation but their customer service is down because they are paying slave wages to people who work there because they can't find anything better. Why would they care? Pay better wages if you want better employees and expect them to provide better customer service Sally's!

Let me start by saying that I love Sally's and their products. I get my shampoo and hair color here frequently. But I went in this particular location because I was in the area, and I really needed hair color. Just from a customer perspective, when I walk into a store especially if it's on a smaller scale, it would be nice to be greeted. But apparently the employees were too busy arguing with one another to even bother to notice customers. I really needed help but I was very hesitant about asking for anything especially after hearing them. But I decided to stay regardless. However while I was on the the aisle the hair color was on, one of the employees who I just overheard arguing, showed up on the same aisle and started stocking shelves. She did not look up nor did she ask me if I needed any help. Unfortunately, that was my cue to leave that store immediately. There's another store closer to my house that has a lot better customer service. I felt compelled to write this review, because this experience really bothered me.

I went to ask for a color to cover blue and a brown to fix my roots and they then had me show them my hair only for one of them to insult it. I tried explaining what I wanted and she said she didn't understand what I wanted and that all of my suggestions wouldn't work and they would look horrible on me. I asked for either a green or purple and she told me I would be better off putting yellow in my hair and when I said I didn't want that she said that would look better than anything I wanted. I told her I would think about it and come back and they just stood there and stared at me.I've had similar problems before where they told my my mom to use something that made her hair fall out. Everytime I go in there they have different people and most of them have no idea what they are talking about.
