They make it very difficult to donate: People who cannot answer simple question, no mechanism to leave a message. Note to SA: don't make it hard on those who are trying to help you help others. I will donate elsewhere

Small but they have a pretty good selection of clothes. But not a big variety of items. No senior citizen discount. And not a large staff to help. Wheelchair accessible but close inside.
