I’m working on a big renovation project in my house and was having some trouble getting paint to roll smoothly on my walls. The store manager, Mark, went above and beyond listening to my problem and helping me find a solution! Very impressed by the kindness and customer service!

We hired Sheetz Paint & Sheetrock for the first time when we purchased our home 3.5 years ago. After posting on Facebook, the painter did great interior work. Unfortunately, a burst attic pipe led to water damage. Remembering our positive experience, we rehired the same company. They estimated 3 weeks for completion, labor costs included. On July 6th, after depositing, our troubles began.Initially, he promised a Monday start but had a family emergency delay. After a 10-day wait, he began, often working 3-4 pm, and only 2-4 days a week. Originally a 1-week job, it took 3 due to tardiness. Despite challenges, we remained positive, following his instructions and paying weekly.He requested half the balance due to financial issues and a broken spray gun. We couldn't pay until the job's end, though he hadn't even begun the exterior. The next day, he promised an early start but communication faded. He became rude, citing finances and equipment needs. Succumbing to pressure, we paid half, hoping for progress.His promises remained unfulfilled, blaming rain and illness. He returned after 4-5 days, late afternoon to evening. Our attempts to facilitate progress included covering gas expenses. Unfortunately, the work remained incomplete, prompting an HOA complaint.Confronting him, he grew defensive. Legal threats were dismissed due to his sporadic attendance. Law enforcement couldn't assist due to his presence. We contemplated legal action, supported by records.He pledged to retrieve tools with police presence. Though recovering funds is unlikely, we'll pursue legal action, documenting through pictures and sharing feedback. His response is anticipated. We'll continue updating our review.

Welcomed and assisted immediately to store once I entered. The gentleman assisting me was engaged and professional. He knew exactly what I needed to complete my project. I will definitely recommend the Cartersville GA location!

The paint is definitely on the more expensive side however, I don’t just go there for the paint. I go here for the service. The Sherwin-Williams store in Cartersville Georgia has a phenomenal staff. The young gentleman that helped me not only made me feel welcome while in the store, but he was also very engaging, polite, informative, and seemed interested in my project which added to the experience. I will defiantly be going back . If you would rather spend your money in a place that values your business I urge you to shop at Sherwin Williams in Cartersville ga

I have been going to this Sherwin-Williams location for almost 15 years. You will not find better management than Mark and Molly. They, as well as their staff, will go out of their way to help you. They have a great selection of supplies, too, and you can get everything you need in one trip. I highly recommend this location.
