I cannot say enough words for the best car buying experience I had with Terry @ Shottenkirk. He’s very knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted, explained in detail all the cool features, and really got me more excited than I already was. He’s got a personality that makes you feel like you’ve known him for years while treating you like family throughout the entire process. He made the leasing process incredibly easy and walked me through every step of the way leading to a successful purchase. This is the second Honda my family has bought from this dealership and it certainly won’t be the last. I would highly recommend working with Terry for your Honda needs!

Travis and his manager were awesome to work with. Travis was knowledgeable - no high pressure. Financing was great to work with as well. We chose Shottenkirk based on customer service reviews even though it is a farther drive. We have been pleased with the buying experience at Shottenkirk in general and from Travis specifically. We would expect to go to Shottenkirk Honda and buy again from Travis. Anxious to see how the Service Dept performs on maintenance, given the positive customer service so far. Great Job Team!

Never assume that a dealership service department will know more than your friendly independent mechanic. I had AC on our CRV that would stop cooling intermittently. They "fixed" it by replacing the compressor and other items for costs of over $2300 over 3 different return visits. Finally took it to an independent guy who quickly traced the problem to a corroded wire near the fuse box, cost: $160. An inexperienced service department at this dealership. Before writing this Yelp review I sent this information to them via their customer feedback webpage and never heard back. I wasn't trying to get a refund, just trying to help the next customer with a similar problem. A simple thank you for contributing to the Honda service database would have prevented me from writing a review here.

Drew in sales was Amazing to work with. He really treated my entire family extremely well. Even though we didn't buy a vehicle he never lost his professionalism. In the end we couldn't come to right terms with the finance manager & trust me Drew did all he can do get it done so Super Kudos to him ?

After a bad experience at a different dealership, I took my business to Shottenkirk and bought a 2024 Pilot. Our sales professional, Justin, demonstrated his integrity and earned my trust quickly. His sales manager, Tommy, was also very kind and easy to work with. They were able to deliver exactly what I wanted for a price I was willing to pay. I will not hesitate to send friends and family to this dealership.

While the customer service team here are nice people, the service coordination is lacking. I recently went to have tires put on and an alignment. The appointment was scheduled ahead of time to ensure that the tires needed had arrived. After waiting 2.5 hours, I was told that they did not have all of the tires. Ironically, this happened to me the previous time I came in for tires at this location. On the previous occasion, I actually called ahead to verify that the tires were on site and waited for 3 hours before they told me that they did not have the tires. This is very inconvenient for those of us who schedule these kinds of services around work schedules and other appointments. After the most recent visit, the service rep was apologetic and offered to check with his supervisor to discount the tires when they came in. He said that he would text me the discounted price, but he never did. In the meantime, while waiting the customer service rep told me that I needed front brakes. He said that my front brakes were down to 2mm and were well past needing replacement. I asked him why there was no mention of my brakes being worn or soon needing replacement at my last oil change visit. How could they go from good straight to well below standard? Ultimately, I decided to leave without getting the tires or brakes and received a computer print out of the status of my tires, brakes, and fluids upon checkout. The report clearly stated that my brakes were at 5mm (the very beginning of moderate wear) and “would require future attention”. I have also had other times when I waited hours for service at this location and could clearly see that service on my car had been completed and that my car had been pulled around. After 15 or 20 minutes with no one notifying me that the work had been completed, I would have go to the desk to request to check out. In my experiences, all of this happened each time with the service manager on duty.

We are so happy with our buying experience at Shottenkirk in Cartersville! Justin was very knowledgeable about the Odyssey. He was able to help us get the best price possible without making us feel like he was pulling any typical car salesman tactics. No pressure whatsoever! He was incredible friendly and genuine throughout the whole process. He took his time and made sure we were 100% happy about our Odyssey before we left. Even he and the staff helped me set up the vehicle settings through my Android before we left which was a huge help! If you are looking to purchase a new or used Honda we highly recommend Shottenkirk Honda!! We will be back Justin for the Ridgeline for my husband! ??

TL Ford is amazing to work with super knowledgeable and talked me through the whole process. He made sure we were taken care of and stayed late to finish the deal. Finance department was great we worked with Michael and we had so much fun talking to him he made sure he walked us through the whole financing process and once again he stayed late along with another gentleman whom I think he was the finance manger. Highly recommend this dealership everyone was superb!

I was so impressed by the cordial feeling I got from the staff. My husband and I were both completely satisfied with our transaction. Cook Holloway, our sales associate, was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. He walked us through all the aspects of the sale. Cook was very attentive and answered all of our inquiries. On a scale of 1-10 I would rate him a resounding 10!
