If I could give more than 5 stars, I would in a heartbeat. Tom, the owner of Specialty Auto Brokers, is hands down one of the most genuine, trustworthy, and helpful people I’ve ever met in the car industry. My girlfriend Emily and I weren’t even buying from his lot, and yet, out of nothing but kindness and pure integrity, he went completely out of his way to help us find a reliable vehicle.
Tom walked us through every step of the process like we were family. His knowledge and expertise were next level. He even made sure the car wasn’t from the rust belt because trust me I’m not trying to drive a Flintstones car where the floor disappears every time it rains. He checked the service records, looked at the mechanical condition, and didn’t skip a single detail. And remember, this wasn’t even his car he was selling. He just cared that much.
He didn’t have to help but he did just because that’s the kind of man he is. Faith driven, honest, and truly a man of character.
The service? 10 out of 10

Researched Toyota Tundras specifically for 3 months, and was willing to drive a few hours for one that had met all my criteria. I finally found it on this lot. Drove 4.5 hours to test drive. Mr Tom made the sale easy. He gave me what I wanted for trade, and didn't go over what I was willing to spend. Made accommodations for me to drive it home that day, couldn't be happier with the whole deal. Thanks Mr Tom, highly recommend!

We have been looking for a vehicle and while the used vehicle market is still a mess, these folks had something we were interested in which was a 2011 Honda CRV. We haggled a little over the price but agreed on a deal.
Tom, Michael and Richard are wonderful to work with. They even came in after hours sign the papers because it was convenient for us the buyer.

Just bought a used 2016 F-150 from Mr. Tom. Pleasant experience all the way around and a great guy. He’s fair, he sells quality cars & trucks and isn’t your typical pushy car salesman. Go see him for your next car or truck purchase!

They towed a piece of our equipment because our crew left it on private property. They were very nice over the phone let us pick it up right away however they decided to bump it from $16 a day (Tom Ward quoted on the first call). To a guy named Robert calling back changing it to $90 a day after they looked up the size of our company. The service was great the pricing was scandalous.
