We were in on Saturday to get my son's haircut and I have to say that Darlene was awesome! She took him straight back and she listened to what he wanted. He is super picky about his hair and he left Darlene's chair happy. Darlene just earned herself a lifetime client with my son and my family. Darlene messed up my haircut. The fade ain’t the same on both sides. There’s a line in it. She took the clippers to the top of my head in ONE spot then used scissors on the rest. I won’t be back at the Cartersville location ever.

Two visits and the disappointment continues. First visit haircut was okay, beard trim was excessive. Second visit was a disaster. Thanks Darlene for gouging my head repeatedly and not caring. Your no care attitude, rushing and unprofessional manner has left me with half of an eyebrow. The experience on 6.16.25 has left a distrust in your establishment.
