I have always had a good experience at this Staples. Staff are friendly, helpful, and it is always quick to checkout. It is clean and organized. They had a lot of chairs to try out recently. I found the Staples emerald task chair to have good back support . My husband helped me assemble it.

2 days in a row I had an amazing customer service experience at Staples. Yesterday I meet Tyler and with patience he helped me set up the Staples Rewards App. I came back in today to fax some papers and I met Ness. Amazing young lady!. She left the area with a smile on her face to step me through the fax machine process. Yes I’m old and love to see good old customer service in action. Thanks Staples

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I recently experienced at your establishment. My experience was highly disappointing and, frankly, unacceptable for any business that values its customers.
Upon approaching the register with my items, I noticed that the cashier was handling a sizable order for the customer ahead of me, which I understand can take time. Additionally, the cashier took a phone call, presumably to answer a query. While I am not complaining about the wait, as such delays can happen, my issue lies with the lack of basic courtesy and acknowledgment I received.
Throughout the entire transaction, the cashier did not utter a single word to me. There was no greeting, no apology for the wait, no expression of gratitude for my business—nothing. The total was displayed, I inserted my card, and the cashier placed the receipt in my bag without any form of verbal communication. This lack of interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional.
I contacted the manager to discuss how such service might negatively impact the business. However, the response I received was that the business is doing fine, implying a lack of concern for my feedback. This attitude was both surprising and disappointing.
Customer service is a cornerstone of any successful business. A simple acknowledgment or a few courteous words can significantly enhance the customer experience and foster loyalty.

Staples had an offer for 20% a purchase through today. When an employee was asked they said no they did not, when it was clear as day listed on the website. Then she said "If you buy a chair, and a mat you can have 25% off" looked at mats and it changed again to "If you buy a mat and a lamp it's 25% off" Just a total lack of knowledge and basic understanding of how things work in your business is concerning. Needless to say the chair we wanted will be purchased somewhere else completely, and at a cheaper price.
Edit: Ordered the chair online for a much better discount only to find that the one we picked up from this location is damaged. When attempting to contact the store regarding an exchange, I was prompted that nobody was available to answer the phone and was hung up on by an automated service.

I had $120.00 rewards points I went one time shopping and spend 76.00 so the girl the register told me that the balance will be send to my email. I never receive anything, I went this morning and the cashier was Diamond the manager and I explain her. she told me that is nothing she can do about it, she is not responsible for what the others cashiers do wrong, and the rest of the money is lost, I showed her my app and what I spend and the original amount that I had and she had rude attitude and she said nothing she can do. first thing if you are the manager always is something you can do for the customers, second thing she could track the points and what I spend, third thing attitude is the worse presentation letter to the customers especially if you are the manager.I asked for her supervisor and she said go online for customer service,

Diamond the new store manager at this location is doing a phenomenal job. Her personality is very welcoming, and professional. I've seen her deal with the needs of the community in amazing ways all in a spirit of excellence, and grace with a super positive attitude. This store location has turned around completely because of her quality work ethic and genuine friendly and welcoming personality.

Yetta the employee there was wonderful she was very helpful, patience and so friendly. This matters as a nursing student she directed me to what I needed quickly and offered to assist in anything else I needed. Thanks to her my day was wonderful

I've been here several times this year and each time experience has been worse than the last.Customer service and training is extremely bad. I've been told to pay extra to expedite a printing service when no other customers have been waiting and that if I didn't, my printing order would be ready tomorrow instead of within the next 2 minutes which is all that it would take to print my order.

DO NOT ALLOW THE TECHNICIAN AT STAPLES NEAR YOUR DEVICE. I took my laptop into the store in Cartersville to have a new battery installed. The technician could not figure out how to open the laptop for about 15 minutes. He bent the side of the laptop when he finally open it. When I got the laptop back after installation, it would not work. I took it back and he claimed I needed a new hard drive (after initially saying the hard drive was fine) and proceeded to tell me he wasn't sure how much data would be lost. I was astounded at the lack of competency. It does not help that the technician indicated that Staples was responsible. I'm sure this situation will seriously and negatively impact my work, as well as my personal activity.

Had to go to Staples to get memory cards for my doorbell and camera ring service was great employees were well knowledge on direct me to the right memory cards to get for my doorbell ring and my cameras at my house

Visited Staples. Great remodeling. Store clean. Good greeting at front door. Well organized products. Prices competitive.Employees working customer service in the copy department need to work on customer relations.
