I've been here several times this year and each time experience has been worse than the last.Customer service and training is extremely bad. I've been told to pay extra to expedite a printing service when no other customers have been waiting and that if I didn't, my printing order would be ready tomorrow instead of within the next 2 minutes which is all that it would take to print my order.

DO NOT ALLOW THE TECHNICIAN AT STAPLES NEAR YOUR DEVICE. I took my laptop into the store in Cartersville to have a new battery installed. The technician could not figure out how to open the laptop for about 15 minutes. He bent the side of the laptop when he finally open it. When I got the laptop back after installation, it would not work. I took it back and he claimed I needed a new hard drive (after initially saying the hard drive was fine) and proceeded to tell me he wasn't sure how much data would be lost. I was astounded at the lack of competency. It does not help that the technician indicated that Staples was responsible. I'm sure this situation will seriously and negatively impact my work, as well as my personal activity.

Had to go to Staples to get memory cards for my doorbell and camera ring service was great employees were well knowledge on direct me to the right memory cards to get for my doorbell ring and my cameras at my house

Visited Staples. Great remodeling. Store clean. Good greeting at front door. Well organized products. Prices competitive.Employees working customer service in the copy department need to work on customer relations.

Wow, didn't expect the lady who wrote the review 8 months ago to be right. But the person in the copy center is a total ah@le. My elderly mother is not good with new machines, and needed help printing important documents to send for life insurance. The person was so rude, they appeared to be female with a buzz cut. They could not be bothered to take the time and help my mother. But when my mother happens to go to ACWORTH they can. It's so shocking how when she comes to Cartersville, they lose all customer service and do not know how to take any time to help the elderly! Also- it wasn't busy. My mother had to come and get me, because she was so upset and didn't know what to do and I had to come up to where she was and help her after a long day. That is actually ridiculous. When that is supposed to be YOUR JOB! In the COPY CENTER! I thought you got paid to copy, print and so forth?!? Help people who might not know how? But everything is now self checkout right? So customers can be left to fend for themselves, especially the old ones! Very nice management you have going at your staples establishment in Cartersville! I guess you just do not like to work and have ageism also going for you.

New store layout in Cartersville makes it easier to shop. Sales staff was very helpful, and even opened up another checkout lane so no one would have to wait. Great customer service!

This store customer service has totally went down. The prior associates were very friendly and helpful. The angry unprofessional lady in the copy center didn't want to assist us. I don't know what's the problem here but management needs to correct the issue. When working in the public please know it's important that you know how todeal with all ethnic groups. I amA faithful customer that you lost today.

Leaving 1 star only bc Google won't let me leave 0 stars. Submitted documents for next day printing almost a week ago. Still waiting on half of them. About 1/4 were done incorrectly and never fixed, even though I was charged for them. Management didn't seem to care or make an effort to correct the problem. Ended up standing at their self-serve station and printing all the missing and incorrect documents myself...

I went to the staples in Cartersville this morning needing help with pics of my dad for his memorial. A nice young man, Tyler was so helpful and dud a great job. I wish this guy the best.
