After waiting in line for 15 Minutes to get a document notarized, I was told I had to wait for one of the "bankers" to notarize my documents. I was then told they could not notarize my paperwork due to the language in the documents. I have been in the same branch to get the same documents notarized on several occasions without any issue. Never-mind the whole purpose is to validate my signature (not interpret the wording in the documents). Anyway, been a customer for over 20 years. The customer service is horrible. I closed my account on the spot. So much happier now. BTW, went to UPS store for notary, no questions asked, excellent service. If zero stars were an option, it would be zero.

Everytime I come to this location there is only one teller. I run on my lunch break and it to 45mins standing in line before I got to the counter. When the bank was SunTrust it was so much better. Also the app is never updated live. You need to be careful especially on the weekends so you do not over draft your account.

Y’all need to hire some workers. Worse than Walmart, 6 registers and only 2 open. Apparently this location doesn’t honor the values they advertise. Ridiculous that the customer has to wait over 30 minutes just to make a deposit.

Went in to open a checking account and since there are no employees in the lobby at the desk you're forced to stand in the regular teller line. I stood in line for over 45 minutes and watched 7 truist employees walk through the lobby and never speak to a single customer. They all spent more time hanging out in the branch manager's office laughing and giggling then they did helping customers. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere

Any day I go in or drive through the wait is beyond abnormal. I was there today on a saturday. There were 7 cases in drive through. I went in. There was one teller at window for drive through. There was one teller for inside. There was one person at the counter and 3 in front of me. Before I finally walked out there were 4 more people behind me.Truist, put more people behind the counter. This is worse than Walmart.

Truist is the worst bank ever. I called them on April 10th to advise them of fraud on my Account. Walmart had charged me 400.00 dollar for 8 cases of chips that I hadn't ordered. I was told they needed to cancel my debit card and dispute the charge and it would take 3 to 5 days to put my money back. The next morning they charged me an NSF fee because of the mistake. I called them and explained what I had just explained the day before. They agreed it was a mistake on there part. So now Im broke and 65.00 over drawn on my account I have no food no gas in my car my bill have bounced and I have to wait 3-5 business days to get MY MONEY back for everyone else's mistakes. What is my family supposed to do in the mean time. All Walmart had to say is sorry for the error.

Was told I can pay car payment from branch. I owe them a lawsuit for wrongly reporting my account, giving incorrect statements, and attaching fees and threats of repossession of my car when they suddenly change my account. I'm trying to avoid arbitration, they scam you into agreeing to their arbitration by simply using their online system. And now their terrible customer service (they haven't cashed my check and refuse to return emails and calls) is going to force me to go back to the online system. So. I will switch to simply sharing my terrible experience everywhere, every chance I get.

Worst branch I have ever had to deal with. All the ladies at the desk are incredibly rude and dismissive. Don't bother trying to call them because if by some mirical they do actually pick up the phone they will just hang up on you. Checks take way longer to clear than any other bank. They even make you wait for cash to clear. Save your time and your sanity and do not give these people your buisness.

I have moved all but one account from this bank because I simply cannot get any customer service. I am still trying to get someone with truist Bank to figure out how to attach an outside account so I can pay the one last account that I have with them. I have called their customer service online two times, Gone into the bank to try to get assistance, as well as trying to call and leave a message to get assistance ( I never got a return call). They have even escalated the situation twice as even the inside bankers could not figure out how to get the banking link to work I have moved all of my other accounts out of this bank because of the lack of customer service and concern. I am working on moving this last account out of this Bank. SunTrust was a wonderful bank to bank with but this Truist has been the worst banking experience ever! I have tried to get some response to my last effort to linking an outside account and now can't get any more assistance or help so I will pull this last account as soon as possible

Can you give a zero star review? I would if I could. This is for the current Truist Bank recently renamed from Suntrust in the past year. Echoing the review below, the customer service is dismal. My elderly mother was a victim of theft from her debit card associated with her account here and was given the run around. They actually accused her of spending the money and "forgetting". We know exactly who stole from her and filed a police report. The staff at this location and the Truist fraud department were a) difficult to deal with b) extremely unresponsive and c) did nothing to help her regain her stolen monies even though we followed the written bank protocols. Run, run far away and do not put any money here.

The time I spend at the drive thru window is beyond ridiculous you call to ask a question and you can't get through too human. Were moving, we won't be using Suntrust.

Worst banking experience ever. This is the third time that I've sat in the drive thru lane for a half hour. All lanes are open and filled with cars. Finally just left. I've been a customer for over 15 years and this kind of service is absolutely ridiculous. As much of a pain it is to change banks I'm doing just that and I encourage everyone in Cartersville to do the same!!

I had 3 cars in front of me in the drive in teller and was in line for over 30 minutes. This is my 3rd time in a row I've had to deal with this. Lobby was closed as always. For maximum disappointment, go get lunch from Taco Bell and sit in this line with food that is messed up. Now you can wait upset, and go from one long line to this long line to go back to Taco Bell's long line all over again
