I arrived at 12:30am on January 24, 2024. I mention this so you can better figure out the name of the employee I had an issue with since I didn't get her name. I assume she was the manager on duty taking drive thru orders.. She was extremely rude. I tried to order nacho fries and She made the snarky comment, "our menu has changed I suggest you look at it again." She didn't say it in a nice manner but in a very condescending disrespectful tone. I decided to leave and as I passed the window she was leaned back on the expo line and stared rudely almost with an intimidating attitude. I have been a regular customer since this location opened and have never been so poorly treated. I noticed that this location has a hard time keeping employees but I hope that there is some sort of disciplinary action taken. I am not doing this to get anything free out of it. So I do not need to be given anything to make up for the poor experience. I'm just making whom ever it concerns aware of this woman's treatment of customers.

The food was nice and good my only problem was there were a few people who came in and they made them use the kiosk to place their orders. Several people walked out due to this problem.

The food was typical Taco Bell. The drive thru lady was rude. I had to go in. The inside people were much more pleasant.

I had a nacho Bell grande extra cheese. There is no extra on it. I went back in to let them know couldn't even get in the lady very rudely can I help u the person I was on the phone with said who's what's her problem you can hear the attitude in her voice. Then proceeds to tell me there is extra on it she made it herself very rudely instead of fixing the issue. Whoever she is does not need to be in customer service very cold rude uninviting. I'd rather drive a few extra miles for a better experience than the one I had tonight. If u don't like ur profession change jobs. Don't take it out on the people that keeps money in your pocket.

Slow service on the inside, orders are always messed up and the cashier I had was having a bad day. I use.to work in CS so I know they deal with different energies and attitudes from.people. Food is fresh but meat is watery. New location so we just have to be patient.

Walked in the lobby at 9:30 in the morning and was the only person in the building. They had two employees working and a manager walking around the phone not focusing on their guests. I told them I was there for an online order and they said it would be a while as they focus solely on their drive-through orders and paid no attention to the one customer they had in the lobby. The manager had no focus on taking care of the customers.

When at the drive thru, the lady at the window handed us our drink tray, and tossed the bag of food into the driver’s lap. She then shut the window without saying a word to us. We had a large order and the bag she handed us had two items in it. We sat and waited, and she kept looking at us through the window. She finally opened the window back up and we told her we didn’t have all the food. She came back with a large bag of food. All the food had been thrown into the bag. So cinnamon twist and chips were all over the place. We had two box deluxe meals. Nothing was placed into boxes. Very disappointed in service.

20 minutes to get to menu to order. Immediately told it would be 30-45 minutes no matter what we order. Horrible service.
