I recently took several Amazon returns to The UPS Store, expecting a simple drop-off. Instead, it turned into a complete headache.
During my visit, two of my items couldn’t be processed for return. For the one item that was accepted, the staff somehow mixed up the barcodes with another product. When I got my return confirmation and noticed the error, I immediately called the store for help.
Over the phone, they told me to come back in so they could fix the mistake. So I wasted more time driving back, only to be told there was “nothing they could do” because the package was already loaded on the truck. No apology, no solution, nothing.
Now I’m stuck dealing with a messed-up return, and I’m out both time and gas for multiple trips. This store clearly has poor organization and terrible customer service. I will definitely avoid using this location in the future.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Amarion! The day I came in I had several packages. Without me even asking he asked where I was parked and helped me load them in my Truck. It’s awesome to experience such excellent customer service. Then today, I had a great experience with Tiana over the phone. She exhausted all of her resources to locate my shipment. I appreciate them! Thank you and keep doing an amazing job!

The woman who helped us and notarized our documents was wonderful. She was helpful and took time to make sure everything was done correctly. She even helped us with getting an envelope for our prepaid return label. This place is great!!!

I would not recommend coming here to drop your Amazon returns. The last two times I went here only to drop off returns, I had to call Amazon and deal with them not receiving the items. I only came back for the second time because the Canton UPS lost items as well. It was a gamble. I will avoid UPS from now on. This makes Amazon shopping a horrible experience. Maybe Staples would do a better job.

I recently had a package mishap that could have been a major inconvenience, but thanks to the exceptional service at the Cartersville, Georgia UPS Store, it turned into a positive experience. We were on vacation and I had a friend mail a package for us Next Day Air. They handled everything correctly at the store but the UPS corporation missed the pickup and as a matter of fact they blamed it on the weather which was perfectly clear from location to destination.
The team at the Cartersville UPS Store was incredibly helpful and understanding. Radhika, Tianna, Annel and Amarion were able to resolve the issue, such as tracking down the package, offering alternative solutions, or providing excellent customer service.
I was truly impressed by their professionalism, efficiency, and dedication to customer satisfaction. It's clear that they genuinely care about their customers and go the extra mile to ensure a positive experience. I highly recommend the Cartersville UPS Store for their outstanding service!

On Saturday, in an effort to insure receipt of a package on Monday to an out of town address, I paid dearly for the UPS Red option and was told it would be delivered by 9pm..it wasn't delivered until Tuesday. I was very misled when I was sold the UPS Red delivery option ..I actually feel ya like I was scammed..I'm wondering if they are paid commissions...lol
