The guys that work in the post office are very helpful, and in particular Todd is the best! Customer service is on point!

DO NOT ship internationally. $200 in items and family photos lost plus $65 shipping gone. No attempt to even locate the package within the facility and complete lack of empathy. Back and forth investigation on my part for 2 weeks and all they can tell me is that it doesn’t exist because THEY didn’t scan it after picking it up from UPS because the only person that can scan is a “manager or person in charge” It’s been 51 days since it was supposed to be sent off and all the updates are “label created” even though UPS has survaillance evidence of USPS man picking it up to load into his truck to going to this post office to be shipped internationally.

The mail package machine/drop off was out of service, but the workers at the front were very kind and pleasant!

Hi, I am handicap. My husband is too. We live off cassville rd in cartersville We cannot get our mail delivered to our porch even though we got approved for hardship it’s been going on for four months. The male person is lazy does not want to get out of her truck to deliver my mail and then they send it back to sender without my permission or say I sent it back to the office without my permission. They said they talk to me and they did not so I am very mad at the people that were in the back. The post office not the three that work out front. They are very kind and willing to work with me, but the one in the back of the post office and the mail carrier or not I have called. I have complained and I went there multiple times now I’m getting so mad I’m fixing to get on TV nude media and everything else Facebook and all because I am tired of them giving me the runaround giving me excuses. I want my mail delivered to my post box at my Porch like it was agreed upon thank you

Mail is always late. But never received anything yesterday and delivery person didn't even come through the neighborhood. It's 5pm and still haven't received anything today! What's the problem? If I could give a zero I would!

It’s your average slow Post Office. The man serving customers let out an audible sigh and said next please. Ugh. 😩

This lady consantly honks her horn at my partner's car because of it is and skips over my address because of where I am parked but will happily get out the car for other people. This is not a big neighborhood with a lot of parking, it is small.
I have contacted USPS for this and they have not done a dang thing about it and this is ridiculous.

I am trying to do a change of address online for the first time, and it’s the most horrible experience. I get people do this for CONVENIENCE, am I correct? Well if you like to save your time and money don’t! Just go in person. Reasoning behind this is because my whole household just moved, everyone of us did it online, to get charged a fee and then told to come to the usps in person! What a waist of time and money.

They refuse to deliver packages. Have made 3 trips to post office about this matter. Manager does nothing about it. Would like to know how I can take this to someone higher up. This is how I picked up my package at post office. Lazy and unprofessional workers.

A USPS shipped package was delivered to my Cartersville home early in the morning before daylight. It was left in front of my garage door rather than my porch that is only a few steps further. If I didn't have a backup camera, I would have run over it. It was directly behind my left tires. Fortunately, when I was leaving for work at 7am, I glanced down at the screen instead of just relying on my rearview and side mirrors. Otherwise, I would have destroyed an irreplaceable vintage item. Do not trust the Cartersville USPS branch to deliver packages. Use a different shipping method.

Noone answers the phone. It says connecting to operator and then you get a busy signal. I just had a simple question but can't get it answered.
