They shit down because some one in their family tree like 5th cousin got covid so the whole store shut down all because of the 0.06% chance it can be fatal. Upset I switch from at&t this this bullsnot.

I guess she was the manager was very rude while we were trying to find some phone cases. If my other products had not already been rung up I would have left with nothing. She was not very polite from the very beginning. The young man that tried to take care of us was great I wish I would have got his name. But she definitely showed us we do not want to go back to this Verizon.

I want to personally thank Brandon , Manager for being so professional and helpful. He went over and beyond to assist me with setting up my new phone. I really appreciate his persistent attitude and also loyalty. You made the difference at Verizon !

Customer service was extremely poor. It is unbelievable that you cannot file an insurance claim or cancel a line the retail store. While the store employee was polite, the policies are not customer friendly.

I was trying to get a new phone for my son who lives I. Cartersville. I do not live close by and was dealing with a sales representative over the phone who was out of state but deserved the commission for the sale. High pressure salesman,Cory, lied by saying that the sales representative that I was dealing with in the phone, from out of town would not receive any commission. He then went ahead and processed the order, not waiting for it to be completed by me over the phone. Be very careful and pay close attention before you do business with him!

Absolutely great customer-focused service. Listened to my needs and came up with a solution to the problem that I was experiencing that exceeded my expectations without trying to "sell" me something that I did not want, nor need.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! Back in July my boyfriend and I came in and our sales rep, Jeffrey told us that Verizon would buy us out of our Sprint contract. They gave us the phones and activated them then a few days later we get a call saying that they made a mistake and that we wouldn't be bought out of our contract for whatever reason. So we came back and returned the phones and were told that they'd close the account at no charge to us because the mistake was made on their end. Gary (easily the rudest sales rep I've encountered) told us that they couldn't give us our old phones back but gave us a Verizon gift card to replace that which was perfectly fine with us since the phones weren't working anymore. Later on, I spoke to Brent (the manager I bekeive)who was helpful... or so I thought. When I spoke to him it seemed like he was really trying to help but it turns out that he was just as helpful as Jeff and Gary. Brent assured me that everything was taken care of and that we would no longer have anymore issues regarding this. Fast forward to January of the following year & a collection shows up on the credit report from Verizon! Confused, irritated, and beyond frustrated we call Verizon in an attempt to resolve the issue or dispute it. Naturally, Brent and Gary give us the run around and after calling at LEAST five different number and three different companies the issue is still not resolved. THIS STORE HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!

I would give it five stars for customer service. The only reason I did not give five stars is because the product did not cover the range that I wanted it to. These folks were great when I had to return the product. They are wonderful in many regards. I had a very positive experience with all the associates in the store as regards their superlative service.
