Staff is very sweet, taking the time to listen to you and to understand your situation.

I had the best experience at this pharmacy yesterday! In the last 3 months I have been to 3 other Walgreens locations and the pharmacist and staff were the rudest I have ever seen.. At this location they were so kind and provided very important information to me that no one at Walgreens ever took the time to explain. Thank you very much for such a great experience!

This is the 2nd time I tried this store. The same lady sales rep in the morning is one of the most rude people I have met. Both times she was just sarcastic and down right rude! If she is so unhappy she needs to reboot. Definitely does not need to be working with the public. Because of her I will NOT RETURN a 3rd time.

Today January 29, 2023 Time 8:10pm we visited this store, we had a mishap with the cashier due to a transaction (misleading advertising) we had to call the manager, the attention was terrible, she was quite rude, bad tempered and still she didn't even accept our I complained about a promotion that the store offered and it didn't happen at the checkout... I had never felt such bad treatment from a manager and even less so from these prestigious stores... the attention had always been 10/10, it's a shame that there are people like that, It is obvious that he has no empathy for Latin people!!!
Bad experience EVERRRRR???

I love this Walgreens! The absolute friendliest team! I try to make a stop at least once a week to get my smokes, snack and beverage. Love these guys!

I have been using this pharmacy for years....had good service and bad service. But I just kept coming back....IT appears that kindness and customer service has finally left the building.....the store staff is ok. the pharmacy staff in general ,acts as if they are doing you a favor by helping you. I called them on my exit from the hospital,,,{ 45 minutes before store closing} 10mins away from the store. the pharmacist told me to go to another store.. I was so close to the store , went on in. was treated very rudely by the pharmacist. finally decided enough is enough. kindness should be number 1 in customer service. not going back ..

I am J. Colwell's daughter. Im posting this via my Dad's phone. This is a long story but Ill try to shorten it as much as I can. I had a terrible experience at my marietta walgreens pharmacy of which I've been a patient since 2007. They were very rude & a actually lied to me about my medication being on back order 2 months in a row. I called multiple pharmacies when I remembered to check at the Cartersville Walgreens at Tennessee St. I called and spoke with Virginia. She was the first person that treated me like a human being. I was crying by the time I called her. She was able to check for shortages & medications on back order-Mine was not-There was multiple brands from various manufacturers a available. So we tried to take the script to my pharmacy one more time where they again told us the med is on backorder. We asked to leave the script with them so it could be filled when the supply issue was resolved. The person told us they "dont babysit prescriptions" for people(whatever that means) Dont we all drop off prescriptions with them each time we get them filled? I really hate saying anything negative because Im uncomfortable with conflict & I dont like confrontationAnyway, I called and asked Virginia if I could just bring my script there. She was the nicest, most understanding pharmacist I have had in a very long time. She explained that she would have a look and we would figure out what could be done. I had actually forgotten what it was like to be treated respectfully by my pharmacist. Even if she hadn't been able to help me I would have still greatly appreciated her efforts and her kindness. Turns out she did help tho! She is a life saver. She will probly never know how much her kindness helped. You never know what someone else is goin thru-It doesnt hurt to show a little bit of kindness. In some cases you might actually be saving a person's life.Thank you so much, Virginia. I wish my Walgreens in Marietta had someone like you there. A 45 min drive is hard for me at times but I'll be getting my & my mother's medications filled there when I physically can.And I dont want to leave out the other very efficient and sweet pharmacy staff. Virginia & staff helped a line of 7 or 8 drive thru customers faster than my marrietta Walgreens helps a line of just 2 drive thru customers. The Cartersville Walgreens is the best *Cartersville Walgreens is very lucky to have Virginia and the staff there. The patients are very lucky to have them as well. Thank you!
