This Wal-Mart location is very familiar to me. They have improved a lot since I started shopping here four years ago. They have finally upgraded the self-service checkout registers, so I don't need attendat to help me every time I cash out.I noticed that several sections had been rearranged and lookednicer. This Wal-Mart carries pretty mucheverything that a person needs.Usually the staff is very helpful too.

I'm giving one star to all these bitchers and moaners that are obviously unhappy people, bitching, and bitching and moaning and moaning about every little thing. What do you expect for Pete's sake it's Wal freaking mart. They don't get paid enough to serve you picky ass people so if you want some good service, go spend your money somewhere else but unfortunately you won't get the deals you get here even though you bitch and moan.

Well I'm not sure where to start... Walmart was a godsend during most of the pandemic but not so much now... We use to get all our groceries here but they have changed many of there policies and for that reason, there not such a great option anymore.. plus the fact that the lines at checkout are really bad an no matter how busy they are, I always see at least 3 employees just standing around with there thumbs up there a** instead of trying to help... An if u happen to have an issue with the register, oh my God..... Good luck is all I can say.. 1 last thing, you people in management, need to teach your employees the correct way to give change(by counting it back to you)... There bakery area seems to be in dire need for help... The last 4 times I went there, there was not a single donut available amongst many other things but I could hear the employees in the back singing like they didn't have a care in the world... We have decided to take our business elsewhere...

Never has anything in stock that I need . We now drive out of Cartersville to another Walmart location and they always have what we need. Whoever is over stock and inventory is either lazy or just doesn't care about their job because if other walmarts are getting deliveries and your shelves are NEVER stocked , that means someone isn't doing their job.

I really try NOT to have to go to this particular Walmart. Every visit I get that much more frustrated. I go in late yesterday evening to grab a few things and at 36 minutes before closing the clerk starts the count down for the store closing. Please stop. This puts people in panic mode making them stay longer! I was trying to get the rest of the items I needed quickly only to find every isle in the grocery section blocked by merchandise to be restocked on the shelves. And instead of workers trying to move the stock or help find what I needed, they're "busy" on their phones and when you go towards them like you're going to ask a question they suddenly get "busy" and turn away so you don't ask them anything or have earbuds in listening to whatever and actually have to remove the earbuds to hear a customer ask them something. #1 this is a safety issue within the store -having blocked isles and having to the entire distance of that side of the store before you can get through to exit. #2 at my job we don't allow music and earbuds just for the reasons mentioned above. It's distracting as well as a safety hazard. # 3 if you're already closing at 11pm instead of remaining open 24h as advertised. You have another 12 hours to restock the store before opening again. Nice materials then and NOT at closing time when patrons are trying to finish up. #4 don't rant and rave about people staying in the store when you have a total of 3-4 check out lines and 1 person monitoring those and have workers just standing there gawking when they could open a register. Every time I try to do online ordering to save me from having to go into the store, there are never any available appt slots. Yet when I get to the store every spot reserved for these pickups is completely empty EVERY DAY! EVERYTIME!!!!either cancel The pickup service and open parking spots or use the service! Geeez not that hard people.

It was cool. A typical Walmart but it was pretty clean. Wasn't busy. Some ppl had the mask on and others didn't so we had to stay clear. Anyway we got what we needed and go out.

The self check outs by pharmacy is down to three working ones. There is always a problem with them working correctly. The staff that work the self check out is not very friendly. The grocery part do stay stocked and it's very easy to find what you are looking for. If you make jewelry they don't have a lot to choose from with beads. They closed down the tire shop which made no sense and such an inconvenience.

Parked next to the door and no one brought me a cart. Will not return. As a left handed straight white male, this was very disrespectful. My grandmother, who has a gluten allergy, would have given the manager an ear full.

OMG, the store is so messy and disorganized! The shelves are terrible! The store manager should be fired. Don't bother to ask an employee for help because they are clueless. I always drive 30 minutes to another Wal-Mart rather than to this one. It's embarrassing, especially when someone visits from I-75 who is passing through.

If I didn't live 5 minutes away I'd drive to Calhoun or Acworth.. sometimes I do when I have time. If I could give 0 stars I would. The daytime employees in Walmart Cartersville Georgia are hateful. Most of them get mad or give you a dirty look if you ask for assistance. There is no five foot rule. They will pretend you aren't there before they will greet a customer. Been that way at this location for years. I've brought this to the manager's attention a couple times over the years but it's done 0 good. Most of your daytime crew has been there for years and you couldn't get rid of em if you wanted to. I don't waste my time doing feedback.. ever! Today was the last straw.. lady stocking in personal care isle bit my head off when I asked her for a price. I realize we are in terrible times but this is nothing new at this Walmart.. just miserable people working there. There are exceptions.. a couple of nice people... NOT MANY

Do not go here unless it's absolutely necessary. Almost all the employees have poor attitudes and will act rude if you even look at them and smile and say hello, let alone ask for help.

I took my car in for an oil change and the doors were left open and window rolled down overnight. The manager did nothing to resolve the problem except assure me it won't happen again.

Cartersville Wally World has really let itself go. Maybe it's the Halloween hecticness, but the shelves are in disarray. Products are kind of everywhere. The parking lot has a good bit of trash in it too.
