Great Pharmacy one of the best in Cartersville the employees owners all of them are so kind understanding and always have answers to all your questions and needs when it comes to medication and always willing to work to find the cheapest solutions to the most expensive medication

10 out of 10! As a stage 3C cancer survivor, this is the only pharmacy I trust with my prescriptions/healthcare! They go above and beyond to help me every single time. I’ve had my flu shots here too, so I quit having to make & wait for an appointment with my doctor. Obviously locally owned and the best!

This used to the best pharmacy. It broke the mold in what sort of service I could expect at a pharmacy. There’s been an unfortunate backslide in their standards. I’m not sure what’s happened, but I’ve been very disappointed in the attitudes and lack of accountability I’ve experienced here lately. Trying to decide if it’s worth changing because now they’re just kind of like all the others. I’ll probably stay because the wait is still less here than at others. But, yeah…super disappointed in the people who run this place.
Edit: Bobby reached out and has gone out of his way to rectify my previous experiences. I really appreciate his efforts and am altering my score.

What a wonderful and caring pharmacy. They answer endless questions daily and never get aggravated. They also went above and beyond to help me get the medications I needed in a timely manner and on the same day. Obviously locally owned

The last 4 times I tried to get my prescriptions filled here they said the medications were on back order yet I took the prescriptions directly to Kroger pharmacy and they had all of my medication needs in stock each time.

West End Pharmacy is the only pharmacy that actually will go above and beyond for people. They went out of their way to help me get a cheaper price on my birth control. All around just an amazing staff and great people. No matter where I’ll live in Georgia I think I’ll always make the drive to get my medicine from them!

Switched to West End Pharmacy when the CVS closed on TN Street. They’re wonderful. Because they’re not also doubling as a retail/grocery store they serve is impeccable.

West End got my script transferred when another pharmacy didn’t have it. They stayed late to make sure my sick baby had medicine.
