She called me one time during the day to update me and let me know what was wrong and what the cost would be I told her to go ahead and she told me when the car would be ready. When they arrived to pick up the car she went over the invoice and then escorted us to the car so we can do an inspection everything looke great we were off.”

“Phenomenal shop. Helped me in a time of need. After Mavis messed up my alignment to the point my truck wasn't drivable, I got it towed to Leatherman. He was able to fit me in last minute. They fixed what Mavis did and ran a full gambit on the truck to make sure it was good to go. Rides like a dream. Updated me periodically to put my mind at ease and kept me informed on what they were doing, explaining it so I could understand. Charged me for almost half what Mavis did for the alignment. Earned a loyal customer today. A trustworthy shop. Thank you!!”

I was confident they would be able to find and resolve the issue I was having, but I was not expecting the detailed communication exchange and the speed with which they diagnosed and resolved the problem. That exceeded any possible expectation I had.
A mechanic is a tricky thing; if you find a good one, you stick with him. I've been using the same shop for over four decades now and only find it necessary to change because the mechanic passed away recently. After my experience with Auto Masters Repair today, I'm pretty confident that I've found my go-to shop going forward.”
