I have met their staff and found them to be professional (yet adorable), friendly, honest, accurate and true to their word. The price was reasonable. The installation was almost flawless. There isn't even a seam in my quartz. They were extremely efficient. I want to use them again and again.

Contacted this company in ref to repairing my sink. They came out an gave me an adjustment on what I needed to fix it. I have been giving the run around since. Has schedule two appointment only for no one to show up neither time. The first time I was told that I was given the wrong date. The second time I just said the hell with it, I will find someone else. I took time off work to be at my home for them both times. I guess customer service not what it use to be.

Smaller, local businesses give you more personal attention and try to understand your needs better than chain stores. That's certainly the case here at Countertop Solutions. Jeff was amazing. He showed us their inventory and answered some questions for us. He really treated us like family. And prices are decent too!
