This used to be a great store, but now nothing you need is on the self half of the time, and the boxes that are in almost every isle almost all of the time just makes a quick shopping trip like maneuvering a chaotic maze! For those of us that deal with chaos 40 hours a week...we do not want to deal with more chaos just to grab a few items from the store...

I was living on top of the roof for for past year but getting up and down really hurt my arthritis. It's been fun but I think move on over to another roof. #rooflife #looksbetteruphere

This store had amazing customer service and use to be clean and well kept for it's first year open. Now the service is AWFUL. On more than one occasion I have stood and waited so long for a cashier to appear at the register that I went walking down the aisles to locate one to be checked out. You are never greeted but instead see a frowning face that looks like she hates her job and life in general. I wanted to make a split payment with part debt and part cash and apparently this causes complete aggravation to the cashier. She mumbled under her breath and snatched her phone out of her pocket to use her calculator and then slammed it on the register's counter when I had already told her how much payment would be left to go on my debt card. There are stocking carts ALWAYS blocking aisles and with currently being pregnant it is very hard to get I past them or move them myself. They should consider that wheelchair bound individuals need room to get down the aisle and this prevents them from having a good shopping experience. I might live 2 minutes from this store but I will drive to Hahira or Adel to avoid having an awful experience.

Where to start. This store use to be so neat and clean but now it’s a disaster. More often then none they NEVER have the product you need in stock and don’t even ask the young lady that calls herself the “store manager” because she acts like it’s a waste of her time to help. It seems she would rather be on her phone or talking to one of her male friends. Then to top it off the isles are always cluttered so I can never take my wheel chair bound father in to actually shop but in all fairness a lot of the stores have this same issue. And to conclude I must address an unprofessional situation that was observed by myself and 2 other female customers. The young lady that is your manager and represents YOUR store was ringing up a gentleman and they were having a very inappropriate conversation. As he stood to the side after his purchase and she rang up my few items she made mention of his wife in the vehicle as she requested that he come back after she got off work. This is no one’s business and frankly I don’t want to hear about her plans of infidelity. How trashy and who are you guys actually hiring. If they have no morals in their personal life then they have no morals in their professional life either
