First of all, it is really hard to find a business that you feel you can trust. My self and my family recommend Adams & Zuker Tire Co to everyone that needs tire and other related work done. They have been nothing but excellent for all of our needs. We have had many different services done with this business and have been extremely happy with all of the work they have done for us. We feel they have the best mechanics that are full of knowledge and trained with great skills. The office staff go out of their way to make sure you are taking care of. I personally have seen them take extra time to ensure that the customers are not only cared for but done right no matter the strain it may put on the business. In my opinion I would not and will not take my vehicle to anywhere other than Adams & Zuker Tire Co.

I agreed 100 percent. This lady at the front desk was rude. I left in 10 mins with her nasty attitude. She really doesn't need to be there. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN !!!! They want go lose business. I went somewhere else and superior service and $60 cheaper.

Front desk lady is so rude they do a terrible job and try to act like they are helping you but you send it to another shop and they will tell so so much bolts they stripped and never repaired

I needed to get an allignment done on my 1991 camry. It took me three months to finally get an appointment that wasn't canceled or postponed by them. They said my CV Axles were no good also. They kept my car for three days, we are a one car household, only for them not to be able to fix it! And they still charged me! Claimed they couldn't fix it because the CV Axles had been modified, but a family member was able to fix them in one day. Save your money and drive to Rome or Hiram to get your car fixed.
