Purchased a part from a cross reference parts number. Was nowhere near the correct part. Had to go to competitor to get correct part and eat the part purchased from them. I could have made a stink about it but decided it wasn't worth it.

Cedartown ,Ga. Advance. Arrived hour before closing on a Sunday for battery. Two young people on duty were friendly and efficient. Young man that installed was through and personable. Recommend this store highly.

After horrible customer service at auto zone, i went to Advance Auto. The manager, Tiffany, and her employee, I wish I could remember his name, gave me excellent customer service, and even installed my battery for me. I won't go back to autozone
