I was absolutely impressed by the customer service Tiffany showed me and my daughter today! She went way beyond for us and did it with a smile! Advanced Auto will forever be my number one part store and they have made a customer for life. Tiffany helped with our windshield wipers, a random bird nest in the spare tire, a knob for our air conditioning and very informative with other parts in the future. She even was the first to duck my daughter because she bought her first jeep!! Tiffany we are screaming THANK YOU for your kindness today!! You rock!!

On a rainy Friday, my driver side wiper blade flew off into traffic on 278. I think the associate's name that helped me was Tiffany. She was FANTASTIC! I like this wiper blade better anyway. It works better than the previous one. Wonderful customer sevice🙂

Very helpful and friendly staff. Alecia helped me find all the parts I need and ran tests on my charging system when my alternator died. Great experience overall. They were there for me when I needed them.
