I visited the AT&T store on 8/8/25 around 6:10 PM and had a disappointing experience. The store manager was present but seemed preoccupied socializing with a friend instead of attending to customers. When I inquired about an order I placed earlier, the manager refused to get up to help and dismissed my concerns about the poor service. The manager attitude was rude and unprofessional, advising me to leave the store. Given my long-standing relationship with AT&T, having over 30 lines, this treatment was unacceptable. I definitely do not recommend the staff at this location.

brenda is amazing. she is so warm and welcoming c and very easy to get along with. she assisted my dad to purchase my phone, and i saw her today to get help transferring all my data. she was making sure everything was set up and correct, and turned on some music to help with the awkward silence. she bonded with me quickly over small things which i appreciated a lot, knowing im kind of an awkward person. she payed me compliments, which were also very much appreciated. everything was easy and quick with having her assisting me . thank you!
