“A huge, special shout-out to Chad, the manager at the Cedartown Enterprise location!
After having a frustrating experience and being turned away at the Rome location for completely invalid reasons, we brought Patricia “SMEETH” to Cedartown. She is a young CNA who was going through a really difficult time in life and desperately needed to get back into a reliable vehicle for work.
From the second we walked in, Chad did a phenomenal job. He was extremely helpful, understanding, and made the whole rental process seamless from start to finish. Even when it came time to return the vehicle, he was super cool and ensured everything went smoothly. Chad is a genuinely great guy who truly cares about his customers. Thank you, Chad, for turning a stressful situation around!”
