I was supposed to have a package delivered to my address on Friday. The package was not on my porch and the picture proof of delivery was of someone else's porch. I contacted customer support and they were of no help. Now I'm missing items that I bought for my kids and 2 nieces for a trip later this year because of someone's mistake. I'm sorely disappointed in the quality of help I received in trying to correct this mistake.
