“I rarely write reviews but there have been so many negative reviews that I felt compelled to write one. They were enough to dissuade my cycling buddy from staying there. The rooms were clean and functional but the staff were exceptional. I didn't get his name but the Indian gentlemen at the desk was especially awesome. He 'lent' me 50 cents for laundry and gave me laundry soap. He fixed my toilet flush lever immediately when I called. He put my gel pack in the employee's freezer without question, gave me helpful restaurant recommendations, etc.”
