A worker in here told a family member of mine to “put all the boxes of shoes back” which someone else had left out, before checking out. Obviously we left without the shoes. Do Better!

Two problems. Came here to take my daughter to get some shoes for her birthday.1st the lady working watched us struggle to get the right size off the top rack and would pretend not to see me trying to get her help. Ok fine I found the stick and handled it myself.2nd the crocs my daughter picked out had a sale tag on them for $37.50 and when I brought that her attention (she was trying to charge me $50) she ripped the sale tag off and said I can’t give that to you or I’ll get in trouble. Hmmm.The ONLY reason we walked out with those crocs was because it’s my daughter’s actual birthday and she found a beautiful pair there. Sorry to say we won’t be back.Do better.

At 7:46 pm all the lights are off and the employee is counting the register. The sign in front clearly says they close at 8pm .

This store is clean and well stocked. The people who work at this location are extremely helpful and polite. The ONLY reason I gave 4 starts and not 5 is due to hours. The store randomly and almost always closes early due to staff shortages. I understand since the pandemic no one wants to work, however that being said they should change the hours the hours online on the days they will close early.

My knee slips out of place and I told the worker and told her my situation and she brought shoes out for me to try them on what a kind-hearted person my son was out of town usually he'll go do some things for me but she was so kind to do that for me grateful that lets me know this world still have some type of love in the conditions that this world is in don't remember her name but she was really kind
