I stopped in Friday, October 4 about 8:30 PM and was helped by Nick who was fantastic and very patient. He loaded 94 lb bag of concrete and two 70 lb bags of sand into my car. I couldn't have done it with out him. He was knowledgeable about the product and the store. Very good experience. Thanks, Nick.

I purchased $7k in custom windows back in July. My contractor came out Aug. 24 to install them all. Due to a damaged window and others not delivered on time like the agreement was he didn't finish. From the first damaged window he was told he'd get $200 back. Fast forward to Aug. 31 when my 6ft windows were finally delivered he once again began to install only to find out another window was damaged. This time I went to HP and spoke to the Asst. manager, Christy. From all the issues she promised me $200 more from the second damaged window. Keep in mind I had to reorder 2 new custom windows. One over 6ft and $800.
Here we are Sept. 27 and HP has yet to fully issue my second reimbursement. Now Christy wants to turn around and say the 2nd reimbursement was never promised. Keep in mind I had 2 damaged windows. Both equaling $1,200. And all I can get back is $200. Another issue is how long I've had to wait to have this project done and how many times I've had to call and re-explain myself because these managers don't speak to each other about the ongoing issues. I'd always get a promise about how they'd call me back and no one ever will, because they very well knew they'd never issue that reimbursement.
Also, the company that delivers for them is nothing but awful. The second delivery guy (Conner) slammed and cussed because he was mad that he had to carry the window back since it was damaged.
Don't use HP for your large projects. Their customer service is awful and are completely unorganized. There are plenty of other places to have windows made.

Horrible Customer Service. I can understand having to have a receipt for when you pick something up you bought a few hours ago, but to have a horrible attitude about it is ridiculous. I’ve never had an employee from
Home Depot or any respected establishment yell at me (or my mother) the way we were yelled at tonight. Seriously recommend management to give Mr. Charles an opportunity for Improvement. Disappointed at best.

Don't buy @frigidaire gallery refrigerator or dishwasher from Home Depot. Replaced 4 left hand doors that will never seal, the reefer frame isn't plumb. Dishwasher $1K water damage from delivery install. I'm out $3K - Frigidaire & @Home Depot know they've got you - both of them tell you to fly off & file a home owner's claim - worst experience ever.

Got water heater was leaking out both heating elements. Went to return it was told no problem but then she disappeared talk to another guy same out come. Finally got a refund from the 3rd guy. Since exchange was not working. Now it will take 3 business days to get money back on card.

Ms. Casandra was wonderful at self checkout! The store was super clean and nice. Set up slightly different than most locations but lovely. Good stop.
